Maybe a slight change in the buffet breakfast, every day the same food was more or less served.

Literally, hands down EVERYTHING was spectacular. It certainly beat our expectations masha'Allah. Taxis are always available outside the hotel.

Staff are very accommodating, the hotel is so clean! That was my biggest fear but I was very satisfied. The haram is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel and there’s an uphill but it wasn’t too bad as I went at the end of November so weather wasn’t too hot to bare. You can take the cab which is roughly 10-20 riyal.

Well price for the space and food that didn’t look like what was on the pictures. Rooms seemed big but were the same and chicken didn’t look the way it was on the menu.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room was neat and clean.Plus point was it's near to haram gate no 80,s and it's a 10 minute's walk from hotel to haram.If you can't walk there are alots of taxis next to hotel and also makkah bus stop which took you directly to haram.

The man at the reception charged me significantly more than what I agreed upon through booking.com. Booking.com said the price was 272$, but he charged me 336$. When asked why he was charging me so much, he said it's because of tax. This was a blatant lie, because booking.com had already added tax and this was a 24% increase in price, much higher than KSA sales tax of 15%. Because I was in Ihram, it was 2 am and meant to stay cool, I just paid it to avoid arguing. If you aren't paying through the website, I would avoid this hotel.

I liked the actual room. It was clean. When I investigated closer, the sheets had some stains but nothing that would bother me. I liked that I could walk to the haram despite the problems with the walk. It was a 20-25min walk and all uphill + there's no side walks for portions of the walks and you must cross the street in mekkan traffic (dangerous). The time would likely be longer if you're older.

The hotel is so organized and clean rooms are specious and people there are so friendly and helpful , also the location was amazing , it’s just 1 or 2 minutes with the car you will be inside Masjid Al Haram even in the way back so hotel is affordable and transportation is almost free , you will Enjoy your stay there !

The shower in the room was sometimes difficult due to the water pressure as we were on the 16th floor but it was still very manageable and overall our experience was very good

The property is very close to the Haram, 20 minutes walk, 5-10 minutes by taxi. The staff is super friendly. The breakfast was a good price for value, clean facilities and a spacious room
