Construction around the hotel and lots of roads closure caused the trip to be longer

Breakfast not many choices, and the location maked us stress. The location was currently big under construction so we have to walk extra in the small, dirty street and make a long detour and without prior notice in here, we don't know about that :(

Overall good experience at the hotel with helpful staff. However, the shuttle schedule to Masjid Al Haram could be improved, particularly for some prayers like Fajr prayer! The current timing 6:30 AM departure from masjid is really challenging since Fajr prayer ends at 6:15 AM, and it takes 15-20 minutes to walk from the mosque to the shuttle station, and sometimes more when crowded!

Contruction work going in vicinity of hotel and access to hotel is temporarily bad. Even local taxis are not able to find a proper way to drop you off at an appropriate location and you may have to walk through some uneven pathways

Road work outside the hotel forced us to take a longer route to reach Haram, making it inconvenient. It was also challenging to get a taxi, as most drivers were charging 40-50 riyals for the trip from Haram to the hotel. This will remain a significant issue until the road work is completed.

Fantastic stay with excellent, efficient, and helpful staff, especially the room boy. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and the service was prompt and friendly. Highly recommended for a comfortable and welcoming experience.

The location, with the roadworks in front of the hotel, and the shuttle drop off at jarwal made going to the haram somewhat difficult and time consuming

there was si much construction going next to hotel wich made it difficult to commute the bus use to drop us at the distance and than it was a good walk for 10 to 15 minutes,,taxis werent willing to drop back due to the closure of roads for construction

the location was hard to find. Also to access Haram, the shuttle was available and pick-n-drop was done at scheduled times but going to/from Haram walking or taxi was a hassle due to extensive road works currently progressing.

There is road work going on next to the hotel, therefore main access road has been closed. It takes around 15-20 minutes on taxi to reach to hotel from the Holy mosque. the Shuttle service drop off point is too far and uphill. Once the road is open this journey will be 3-5 minutes.
