Location of the hotel relatively near Haram but the distance of 1,5km by foot is really demading in saudi temperatures. We tried to take taxi, which you will find abundant going to haram, but no taxi will be willing to take you back to the hotel from haram as they do not want to take such a short ride. Bus stops from Haram also quite far. Only option is a shared taxi with other passengers which only depends on luck. I hope the hotel arranges its own ride in future to take/bring people from Haram, they can charge customers for it. Service staff is untrained and not very professional. Room service left used cups after cleaning, left its own stuff, not cleaned the washroom, garbage bin left with no garbage bag, missed refilling toilet papers etc. They really need a checklist in my opinion.

It is a new hotel and the rooms are really comfortable, Reception is very helpful and accomodating, Hotel lobby and restaurant are very welcoming and clean. Noise proof rooms. Furniture and bed really comfortable. Design of the hotel is also very good. A small masjid is next to hotel, which makes it really convenient to pray, when you are relaxing in the hotel.

The TV in my room was not connected to the Internet. The fridge wasn't cooling so well.

The hotel is really good. It provides a delightful ambience that exudes neatness and comfort, creating a truly inviting atmosphere for guests. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue with a leaking shower head in my room. However, it's worth noting that this small setback did not significantly overshadow the overall positive experience I had at the hotel.

What stood out to me the most was the impeccable cleanliness throughout the property. Every corner sparkled, creating a welcoming and hygienic environment. The service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional, with their friendly and attentive approach ensuring a memorable stay. The hotel's location, just a short three-minute drive from Makkah Haram, was incredibly convenient, allowing me to easily access the holy site.

it would be nice if there was a shuttle bus in the haram. because it takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the mosque in the heat

I did not bring my car, but I think there may be a shortage of parking. Maybe they have some side area as well for parking. I'm not sure.

It’s new hotel near dar ul toheed entrance of haram. 1400m and 12 min walking distance. I have spent 7 nights and found very cooperative staff clean rooms and good view.

The distance from Haram is about 2km. Meanwhile, there is a small Masjid next to the hotel. If you don't have physical issues that's might be fine. During Ramadhan the prayers until in the street. The WIFI can only connect to one device. For other device, should use hotspot from the connected device. Not Practice.

Firstly we had missed communication. I was coming very late (over night) , and the hotel system cancelled my booking automatically. I don't know about this rules and that's my fault. But the staff gave us a solution. They cancelled without charge anything, so they ask me to re booking the room with the application. Problem solved ✔. I booked 3-beds room, they give me 4 beds room. The room is enogh for 3 persons and 3 medium luggages. The view is Zamzam Tower. The Bathroom is big. The room is clean. We"re having ifthor and they have enough various food. The stafs are nice, esspecially the lady in the morning shift. The concierge man are very kind. Due to the overall facilities, I recommend this hotel 👍
