The restaurant management is chaotic, especially during breakfast, and the concierge is unhelpful and lacks useful information about city attractions.

I didnt like how the door in the breakfast area kept being opened and blew cold air into the breakfast area and it wasnt closed or automatically closed. There was always a long wait at the reception to speak to someone.

It’s in a remote area so nothing is in a walkable distance. I’m sure with time this will change as lots of building work in the area.

Two very very minor things. With the exception of the hotel restaurant and cafe - there was only a Dunkin Donuts and a supermarket that was easily walkable distance from hotel. We only stayed one night so no time to explore surrounding area. And hotel room tissue box in the bathroom was a little damp when we checked in. A bit odd

Very nicely designed interior space and large room, the staff, the cleanliness. The aroma at the hotel. We also got an upgrade to larger suite - unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the view of the corniche as it was dark when we checked in and out.

The room i stayed needs a refresh; there is almost no space between the table and the bed: i bumped into bed a few times ending up with bruises. Nothing aweful, just slightly annoying

Very humid, ac isnt turned on in rooms beforehand. Customer service needs improvement

Hotel is okay, but needs alot of improvement. Starting with staff, once i reached the receptionist told me sit down as she was serving a customer. After that she continued to serve anyone else who walked in and didnt come back to me. I waited an extra 20 mins for no reason. So customer service needs to be improved. Hotel smells bad due to high humidity and rooms are very humid. My room didnt have the ac on and it was very hot and humid. I wouldnt repeat this hotel

The Room Service menu is limited. not a wide range of options. the elevators are a bit slow and the function with cards to activate it requires modification to ease it up

Location was good. hotel is new and in good shape. I liked the flooring was comfy better than carpet and it did not smell. Cleaning the room was good and the hotel is generous with water bottles leaving 4 bottles in the room.

Some of the staff were kinda rude and had a bad attitude, not very welcoming except for the Saudi laundry guy, and it mostly only a one person in the front desk

It is just next to the corniche so it has a good view but mostly everything is about 15-20 min by car and the area there is kinda new so nothing to see by foot except for the sea

Every time the neighbors open their doors, the noise is so high. The doors are NOISY. When the washroom floor is wet, it stays wet.. i think the tilt is not enough or no enough vent .. not sure
