Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very nicely designed interior space and large room, the staff, the cleanliness. The aroma at the hotel. We also got an upgrade to larger suite - unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the view of the corniche as it was dark when we checked in and out.

Hotel is okay, but needs alot of improvement. Starting with staff, once i reached the receptionist told me sit down as she was serving a customer. After that she continued to serve anyone else who walked in and didnt come back to me. I waited an extra 20 mins for no reason. So customer service needs to be improved. Hotel smells bad due to high humidity and rooms are very humid. My room didnt have the ac on and it was very hot and humid. I wouldnt repeat this hotel

Location was good. hotel is new and in good shape. I liked the flooring was comfy better than carpet and it did not smell. Cleaning the room was good and the hotel is generous with water bottles leaving 4 bottles in the room.

It is just next to the corniche so it has a good view but mostly everything is about 15-20 min by car and the area there is kinda new so nothing to see by foot except for the sea
