No towels, no phone to call reception, no room cleaning services /house keeping

I booked a confirmed reservation through Booking and on my way to the hotel I sent my friend to the hotel to pay for the room, but they told him that there were no places to stay and that the hotel was full, so I told them that I had a confirmed reservation, but they told me that they do not respect Booking reservations and that I should go to the hotel and wait to see if there was a room available or not, so I called them more than once and they did not answer, so I sent them a WhatsApp and they saw my messages and did not answer me. It was a very bad experience because I arrived in the city with my mother and I did not know what to do. I stayed in the street for about an hour until I could book another good hotel at a reasonable price. I do not advise anyone to stay there

We book the hotel few days ago for triple room and we traveled all the way from bahrain to madinah via car 14 hours drive and reached at hotel morning 7am tired being said that there are no rooms available and we have to pay double the price dor suites

The toilet was extremely dirty, and there was no room cleaning over my 4 day stay despite multiple requests. The receptionist does not speak conversational English and was unhelpful. Claimed they'd cancelled my booking and sold my room to someome else and won't let me check-in while the app showed clearly I still had a booking. They let me check-in to a room that became available after waiting for 2 hrs in the lobby after a 20 hour journey. The WiFi signal was weak and disconnected often. The speed was slow. The fridge was broken and not replaced for 2 days. All my food went bad. The water heater was broken and wasn't fixed for 2 days; had to take cold showers. The iron was broken and I ended up having to give my clothes to a laundry store.

Location is a short taxi ride from Masjid Al Nabwi. There are good Pakistani restaurants close by.

Everything was worst from check in to housekeeping. Its very far from prophet mosque and practically impossible to walk or drive for every prayer

Indoor smoking rules, guest smoke cigarettes in their rooms the smell comes to our rooms, other than that the hotel is ok for the price, and WiFi is very slow

Everything was poor. We kept calling for room service. I had a card issue I had 200 sr cash for a day. They still didn't accept and asked for the full amount I had my family with me but still no courtesy or empathy. At night I forgot to take water from the store they have in hotel restaurant but they refused to give water. So I bought it from outside. Zero courtesy zero Manners I won't book this hotel in future even if I have to stay on the road with my family.

They provide bus service to masjid e nabawi but they won't tell you the timing you have to figure it out

Bathroom shower was broken, one day when we came back from Haram our room was open, when I asked the reception and HK team no one could give me the right answer.

Location is perfect, easy access to the road and reaching Haram. Room size are good, parking is very good. From the hotel can go the Uahd and other areas is very easy.
