The best ever, I can only reccomend!:) Everything was perfect! Beautiful, newly built apartment with amazing garden directly at Lazio Beach, which is the most beautiful beach on Praslin. The owners are very nice people, take care of their guests during the entire holiday. The accomodatuon offers everything needed for a perfect holiday: comfort on high-level, cleanliness, big balcony to see the sunset every evening, ocean 15-20 meters far from the apartment, beachbar in the garden… Perfect choice!

Our stay was absolutely incredible - truly a dream come true! From start to finish, everything was perfect. Audrey & Alyssa was an outstanding host, always available and ready to assist with anything we needed, making us feel completely at home. The location couldn’t be better - Anse Lazio, in our opinion the most breathtaking beach in Seychelles, was quite literally our front yard. Falling asleep to the soothing sound of the waves was pure magic. We wholeheartedly recommend this little slice of paradise and can’t wait to return one day!

A piece of paradise. Located directly on one of Praslin’s most beautiful beaches with direct sea view. A really amazing place. The hosts were very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. The closest supermarket is about 5 minutes driving so you’ll definitely need a rental car.

We’ve had more varied breakfasts at other locations in the Seychelles. It did have a lot of fruit though, and was nicely served on the front porch.

Best possible location on Praslin island: with one of the best beaches that I have ever seen at your front door, great for swimming and snorkeling. The rooms are spacious, new and clean, and equipped with everything you might need, even for a longer stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is quite isolated so a car is useful, but the restaurant nearby is not bad and offers dinner, so it’s not absolutely necessary.

Beach chairs removed strictly 1 hour before sunset despite sitting on them. An extra hour would have been nice as everybody left right after sunset.

Very clean, spatious and well maintained property with very kind hosts. Location is amazing, one of the best beaches on Praslin. Hosts were very helpful to find a day trip or a car rental.

Everything was good. Just an idea, not a problem: for cosy nights it could be nice to have some smaller/less bright lamp in the living room, because the lamp in the ceiling is very bright.

Everything is new and clean and the personal very nice. Apartment lovely and I really appreciated that there was several different kind of chairs to choose from outside. Once the plants around the house have had time to grow a little the place will be greener and even more lovely. Loved the evenings and especially mornings when there wasn't many people around.

Amazing place next to the most beautifilul beach on Praslin. The apartment is nicely arranged, very well equiped and very clean. From the terrace there is a spendid view on the beach and the garden. Big thanks to the owners who make this place feel like home. They are attentive to every guest, very caring and really engaged in making their guests satisfied with the stay. We had there our dream come true vacation.

Our stay at Anzalacho Beach Residence was truly phenomenal. The best part, without a doubt, is that you’re essentially living right on one of the most stunning beaches in the world. In the mornings, you have it all to yourself, which feels almost surreal. It’s even more magical to see baby sharks—harmless ones—swimming around in the early hours. It’s an experience like no other. We’d highly recommend it for a relaxing holiday where you can fully unwind, chill by the beach, read a good book, and truly recharge. The rooms are lovely, equipped with everything you need, including nice showers and comfortable bedrooms. The included breakfasts are delightful, served right by the beach in a setting most people can only dream of. Overall, it was an absolutely incredible experience, and we’d definitely do it again.

Overall the property was amazing.However, for this standard, a cappucino/ latte in the morning with a proper coffee machine was missing.Also the variety of beads/ jams could be improved as well as the overall breakfast. The beach beds are only available from 8.00 to 16.00, only extended until 17.00 in the last 2days of our stay. The Wi-Fi is only available in the rooms.

The location was amazing! New modern appartments with very friendly hosts and staff. Located on the best beach in Praslin Insland. Coffee pods, instant coffee and tea provided in the room, as well as toiletries and complimentary water. .Very good fruits at breakfast and welcome drink on arrival. Hosts can book taxi or excusions. Very comfortable bed!Good restaurant next door, which is convient considering the isolated location ( especially if you are not driving).Amazing sensets, nice bar along the beach.Also you can do snorkeling near the shore. We felt like at home!

The warm hospitality at this family-run property made our stay unforgettable. Audrey and James were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make us feel special. The proximity to Anse Lazio, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, was a dream come true. I never imagined staying this close to such a stunning beach, waking up every morning to breathtaking views and the sound of the ocean. The apartment was immaculately clean and refreshed daily. We were greeted with a drink of our choice and some of the sweetest bananas, which made us feel immediately at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making it easy to cook or prepare light meals. Breakfast was a highlight—delicious, homey, and flexible with our schedule. Audrey and James even arranged a Creole dinner on our first day in Seychelles, which was a perfect introduction to the Seychelles culture and cuisine. This property truly felt like a home away from home, with exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and genuine hospitality that made our trip incredibly memorable and we cannot wait to be back.
