ItalyTerribile terribile terribile service. When we arrived we waited 1 hour for check in, then they told us the room was not ready so we asked for changing rooms but they only had 2 which were given to other guests, so we asked at least for beach towels to 2 different people. After 30 minutes of waiting we see the first person we asked coming with towels but they were not for us, but for the other people who got the changing rooms and asked for towels after us. Then we went to the beach and spent the day there (restaurant on the beach is super expensive, 80 euro for 2 dishes and water excluding taxes and service). We came back to go to the room and we discovered that they put us in an old room far away from the beach, even if we had booked a new room next to the beach, so I said I wouldn't take it. They told us they would prepare a new room for us and to wait. After 30 minutes I asked if it was ready and they said that it would take at least another hour! Why didn't you tell me before? I would have gone to the beach. And they didn't offer any cocktail or coffee for the wait, not even water. On water, be careful because you will pay 5 euro every small bottle you drink, even at dinner with half board you still pay the 5 euro bottle. After all of this they offered us a free dinner at the restaurant on the beach (which is not included in the half board) but anyway our first day was ruined. The new room smelled of mold and humidity. There is no attention to the client at all. For the price we paid, I would absolutely not recommend.
New rooms are spacious and nice (but don't have ocean view and ours smelled like mold and humidity). Food is OK.

RussiaThe reception is too bad! 1. Attention! Making illegal money staff at reception. Before check in the manager said us that card didn’t work and I paid cash. All days I asked about invoice and before check out I insisted and didn’t go. In result I received the list with amount and without any autorization. Moreover at dinner lists any time staff asked us that we weren’t where (the dinner was included in our cost) 2. We received very late check in 3. In dinner staff didn’t ask about kind of vine end provided most expensive. 4. the manager at reception gave us the wrong information about bus schedules
