“The photo on the website (standard double room) do not correspond to the original room that was offered to us - it was much smaller, dirty, hardly renovated, facing courtyard with trash bins, and the quality of interior was far from what was offered on the photos and in the descriptions. Basically, in the 4 star hotel, they tried to give us room which hardly goes for two-three stars. After we discussed that with the receptionist, they confirmed that the room is indeed smaller than in the description, and the photos are from 'Delux' room. They agreed to change our room to the proper one, so in the end we were satisfied with the service. Besides that, breakfast is fantastic and location of the hotel is also very convenient.”
