Front disk staff was exepational, both the Lady and the gentleman, they explained to mebthe location, sites to visit and how to reach. Breakfast was good. Dinner very limited options. The enterence and resturant very nice. Value for money.

Definitely a good choice when searching accommodation in Göteborg. Hotel located in an residential and industrial area, quite far from the city centre, there are some retail shops/supermakets next to the hotel, but the einvironment is quiet, there is a tram stop 3 min. walking distance from the hotel (tram 1, 5), both trams take you to the city centre within 12-15 minutes, the connection is very good. The hotel itself is not new but clean and cosy. Good breakfast, good dinner (buffet style, a lots of vegetables, salads, and always 1 main course for self-service, no sweet deserts (which is good) but cheese and fruits. Very good point - water, tea and apple juice for self-service are included. Sauna and well equipped fitness free of charge, too. Last but not least - friendly and helpful staff at the reception. I can only recommend.

It was a great surprise to see the nice interior. We had an excellent evening meal. The bedrooms were small but tidy and clean. Breakfast was lovely. Very good price.

The room was very small for 3 persons and there were a lot of damages for example there was a hole on the door and on the wall.

Amazing morning and evening meals. Access to tea and coffee 24/7. Great staff. Public transport to the city center is a 4 min walk.

Room was bit far away as we had the room at the end of the hall. Felt like bit overpriced for the facilities and the service we got. Mattress and the pillows could have been more comfortable.

Rooms were clean. Locations was good for us. Providing breakfast and dinner even we didn't get the chance to try the dinner. Ample parking spaces available without extra charge.

The outside could use an update. The room was quite small.

The room had no air conditioning so the air felt like it didn't have any oxygen left in the mornings. A mini fridge in the rooms would be nice to have.

The food surprised us! Breakfast was quite nice and the dinner was a great plus for the hotel! Staff were lovely, especially the night receptionist man who always greeted us and chatted with us even at 3 AM when we got back to the hotel haha! The pool was super nice to have since it was very warm on our visit to Gothenburg. The location is obviously quite far from the city centre but it didn't really matter since trams went close from the hotel to the city centre. I would say that the hotel exceeded our expetations! Thank you very much!

The kids room playing area. It needs new toys. The toys were old and nothing intresting to play with. My son was bored with the toys within 5 min.

Facilities were good especially the swimmingpool are/dining area. Parking was free . The best was the morning and evening food very tasty. The hotel is more like 4 star hotel not 3.
