Their breakfast was many varieties and really good. Even though we arrived much earlier than normal check-in time because of our morning flight, the hotel staff was kindly let us into the room, which all of us made very happy.

Like many hotels, the pillows were filled with polyester which I am slightly allergic to. Would be good to have a feather option

For two mornings there were so many people at breakfast that there were no seats left at all. A minor annoyance really, but could be helped with staggered breakfasts, or the option of take away boxes maybe.

Bed and pillows were comfortable, and everything was clean and fine. The choice at breakfast was nice.

The bathroom was a little on the small side but perfectly functional.

The best thing about this hotel is its staff. All were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and I mean every member of staff we encountered. The bar and reception area is comfortable. Wi-Fi was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. It took us roughly 12/15 minutes to walk to the centre and it’s a pleasant walk with loads of cafes and bars. Plenty of nice places to eat near to the hotel too. We stayed for 3 nights and could have stayed longer. Be sure to book onto a walking tour to orientate yourselves and then a tour of the parliament and also the city hall are a must. The Vasa museum is incredible, nothing else like it.

All OK. A bit outdated when rating value vs money. Only water in the minibar. Couldn’t find the bathrobes for 3 days despite being “marketed” as amenities.

Well located, but somewhat outdated. Rooms ok, had a triple room with single occupancy - just the right size. Breakfast options OK.

My double bed was 2 single beds together, so there was a gap in the middle and the mattress was very thin, more like a mattress topper, so i think the beds could be more comfortable. Slippers are not provided in the rooms, you need to ask at reception for them if needed. It would be great to see more food options in the hotel’s restaurant to cater to wider dietary needs and preferences.

Great location, friendly and super helpful staff, nice hotel, cosy lobby area, clean rooms. As a solo female traveller, the surrounding area felt safe and quiet whilst also being central to many popular cafes, restaurants, nearby attractions and transportation. The room had an easily accessible hairdryer, iron and safe which was useful.

Not much wardrobe space if you're staying for a few days and you like to pack out your bag.

I stayed in a standard double room with a window. It was fine for one person, but might be a bit small for two people. The room was comfortable and clean, with a desk to do some work and a space to store baggage. The breakfast was good with many options to eat and drink. It's close to KTH (12-15min walk) and close to the metro station. I would stay here again if I visit Stockholm.

The bathroom felt a little dated, the shower was not very powerful. This is the only reason I haven't given a 10.

- I would have liked more visible vegan/vegetarian markings in the breakfast buffet. - The gym equipment is a bit stale and old, and some of the machines could use a check and perhaps some oil.

- Very well equipped breakfast buffet: bread, yoghurt, eggs, sausages and cheeses amongst the "normal" breakfast meats. - We had a very large room, which was lovely and a lovely bathtub (although we did have to ask for help in getting the showerhead to work. The fault was ours). - Helpful staff - Great location close to Sveavägen, Observatorielunden and if you're in need of T-banen it takes (at most) 5 minutes to get to Rådmansgatan. - Hemköp is located on the other corner of the building for all your late night snacking needs. - The gym is located on the 7th floor, and is nicely equipped with an opportunity for both cardio/strength training.

The only odd thing was shower wall - very unpractical as water still is all around the bathroom.

Friendly staff, nice and clean room, great location - close to the city center and in cozy neighborhood. Breakfast was also great - a good variety of choices and fresh food. Would definitely recommend and come back once in Sweden.
