Everything was great! <3 Bed was so comfy and breakfast was excellent with the waffle station and omelette station, loved it! Also vegan and gluten free options, something for every taste! Also room was very quiet, did not hear anyone outside the room or our neighbors. :)

The lights are not that bright. We have 4 single beds, 1 of it was lumpy and my friend felt uncomfortable. The shower glass might be better if it is a little longer as everytime we shower, the water splashes on the floor.

The hotel is beautiful, staff are extra nice, breakfast is lovely, our room is clean.

Spa facilities were at a high extra cost. Pool was not really big enough for swimming - only lounging as it was also very warm. The position is a little exposed but a great view. A jacuzzi would be a nice addition.

Everything about the hotel itself was excellent. Room was lovely, comfy, clean, great bathroom thought it was a little basic, breakfast variety and quality was excellent. The restaurant could have had more variety for lunch / dinner but quality was great. Special mention for the hotel staff who were the best I’ve ever come across.

THE BAR PRICE FOR HALF A GLASS OF WINE WAS A LITTLE TOO EXPENSIVE, AND THE BAR STAFF COULD HAVE BEEN MORE APPROACHABLE AND FRIENDLY

BREAKFAST SELECTIONS WERE GREAT, THE ROOM WAS GOOD, ALTHOUGH HAVING THE HAIRDRYER ATTACHED IN THE BATHROOM HAMPERED US A BIT IN GETTING READY WHEN COLLEAGUE IN SHOWER. I ALSO THOUGHT WE WOULD HAVE HAD SOME WATER PROVIDED IN ROOM, AND A LITTLE BETTER SELECTION OF TEA/COFFEE

Pool was dirty with used bottles beer floating in pool , glasses everywhere and dirty towels ,slippers gowns all.over floor

Our room felt a bit like a cupboard but it did not bother us a we were mostly out and about.

Central hotel with a parking garage below. Very clean room with a really comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast. Very impressed with the omelet & waffle stations. Really friendly and helpful staff too.

The hotel is perfectly located near the main train station and within walking distance of many key city landmarks. The room is nice and really quiet during the night (I was at 5th floor). Very good options for breakfast.

Adjacent to the main station. Easy to find from Arlanda express. I toured a lot by train for work so that worked very well. Staff were great, welcoming and polite. God clean room facilities. Breakfast excellent. I stayed here 4 nights and are in hotel fir dinner on 2 of those nights. Food good cooked to order.

There was nothing really to "dislike" but it is a large hotel & therefore a little impersonal at times - very busy entrance area as it overlapped with the elevators, the restaurant/bar, the main toilets & luggage storage room. It was often a bit of a struggle to move through this area at times. Pillows were too soft with very little head support though this seems to be a European quirk rather than unique to this hotel.

Great location - central Stockholm, 200m signposted walk from the central railway station. Check-in staff were pleasant & helpful. Restaurant/buffet staff a little impersonal. Breakfast had a large variety of foods but was a little restricted by time - you could get an omelet but only if U ordered before 9am which seemed odd. It was also difficult to find plain milk while alternate milks were plentiful. The room was relatively spacious with a good shower & bath although half the light bulbs gave out during our last night. Given its location, I'd definitely stay here again.

The bathroom and the bath towels looked a bit “tired”. Robes would have been nice.

Location, a few min from the central station. Comfortable DUX beds, big size Rituals toiletries. Huge breakfast selection with waffle and omelette station. Easy check-in/out.
