For some strange reason, even though the housekeeping staff were on my floor they neglected to clean and tidy my room on second day. Bit bizarre. I mentioned it when I checked out but didn’t complain on day as out and busy. They had plenty of opportunity as room was empty for decent period of time - they just never did it. Mildly annoying.

Liked location, pleasant interior nicely done, nice restaurant, nice reception, bar and breakfast room. Breakfast was very good with healthy options. It has a small gym as well. I didn’t use the spa as when I tried I was told it was full because of drop in bookings which were unusually high that day. Will use next time. Restaurant was good food.

Was not inform about the restaurant being fully booked. Looked like there were plenty of seating available and nobody wanted to really help me. Felt very excluded as a customer.

The standard double room was on the small side, with not much storage cabinets for your clothes and personal items. The only available "cabinet" was under the bench, which was quite dusty. The Nor restaurant at the top floor can get busy - consider reservation in advance.

The comfort level of the sofa bed. Sunken in the middle, too thin mattress, should have had a mattress pad on top. Family room, not accommodating 4 people… lacking hopks in the bathroom to dry towels, swim gear, lacking charging outlets by each bed

I visited the spa and it was a disappointment. Only one sauna, and only one pool and it was really small and too crowded. The spa was loud and quite stressful so I only stayed for 20 minutes. Good thing: entrance was cheap, so it was ok, and the view was beautiful.

I genuinely loved the way they accepted my request to do something special for my partner because the interior design of our hotel room and the comfort were so good. I do actually recommend that people have nice time there.

I booked the spa I had to go down to the reception area twice firstly I couldn't enter the spa and secondly, i wasn't given a towel/robe and i had to go down to reception again - i was expected to know how it functions

No correct details on Spa useage given in booking.com. also the Spa area closes early. Thankfully, the stuff made it possible for us to go to the Spa area at least for some time.

Pool was up to my knee. Sauna was a bit cold.

Breakfast was nice. Also I think Gym was pretty good. Sauna could be hotter and pool could be deeper. Other than that was ok. More things could be in the room.
