Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We loved everything about this hotel! The location is perfect, with many museums (including children’s museums) nearby, in a beautiful historic area. The building itself is charming, the rooms are comfortable, and the bathroom amenities are excellent. The staff is attentive and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is diverse and delicious, and the hotel’s restaurant is outstanding. Our vacation was perfect - just too short! We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back.

The breakfast was very good, with an excellent choice of everything and it was served in a spacious room, which is not so common. The dining room is big, charming and beautiful. The location is 10 min by tram to the city center and the tram stops in front of the hotel. The surroundings of the hotel are somewhat like being in the countryside, but there are five museums, worth seeing, within 5 min walking distance.

Beautiful hotel, cozy vibe, tasteful breakfast. Location is fantastic, right by the tram and the ferry that was equally useful when navigating Stockholm for shopping and culture.

The location was perfect, it was quiet but so near everything. The view was amazing. The food was exceptional, including the breakfast. The breakfast was served until a reasonable hour. The staff were friendly and really helpful. The rooms were warm and the shower was great.

The hotel has an excellent location on the island where many of the obligatory Stockholm sites are situated. It is very easy to get to it from the airport (Arlanda Express and tram no 7). It has a nice and friendly staff.

LuxembourgThe roomfloor was a bit dusty (I‘m allergic to dust) and we hadn‘t got the impression, that the cleaningstaff cleaned it, the days we were there. However, we didn‘t complained at the reception, so they couldn‘t improve. It was a bit warm in the rooms, maybe the temperature could be set a bit down. (That was not possbile from our room).
Very friendly staff. The room was very spacious and had a kettle with tea. :) The breakfast was delicious. You had a various selection of food, warm and cold so as fresh fruits. The last day, we got doggy bag with our breakfast, because we had to leave early in the morning. It was so well prepared, with juice, joghurt, sandwiches, a muffin and an apple. Simply great! The staff were very friendly to our kid. The hotel is directly next to the Skansen and the Abba Museum. And you have a bus and tram station in front of the hotel.
