The mattress was terrible. Very thin so constantly shifted around on the frame. The bathroom is a wet room so when you shower, water seeps out of the shower area onto the rest of the bathroom floor.

Excellent! The hotel is in the city centre and about 15 mins walk from the university. Breakfast was quite good. Staff very polite. The room is big enough for two people and the small kitchen saves the day. Recommended

In the first room, I was checked into, there were dirty dishes (frying pan) in the dishwasher, and the heating did not work. The staff handled it exceptionally well and immediately checked me into another room, and everyone was very nice and apologetic. While things like this should not happen, I completely understand they still do and I included this also to highlight how well the staff is handling problems.

The rooms are quite large, the small kitchen is very practical, and the staff is very nice and are great at handling problems. Great breakfast and location!

I had room with a balcony facing the backyard. The first transport for household and maintain woke me up before seven (from the street i guess) and the noise continued at seven when the gate to backyard opened and delivery to hotell arrived. The room was outdated and didn't match the price I paid (over 2000 SEK).

The breakfast was nice and enjoyable. The coffee machine made quite good cappuccino!

Breakfast gets a little repetitive after a few days. More noise over weekends due to proximity to the plaza.

Would be nice to be able to connect the phone to the TV if not having an android phone. The breakfast is a bit blend (except the scrambled eggs that was great), would be nice if the breakfast was updated.

Really nice place to stay at with nice spacious room. The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel, I slept like a baby. Nice and helpful staff. Will stay here next time I'm visiting

The hotel was easily accessible by car. We dropped our luggage off in front then drove around to the rear of the hotel to public parking directly accesssible to the hotel back door. We paid parking through the front desk. We booked a superior room . It was spacious and quiet with a really cold refrig plus an in room iron and board. Multiple windows and balcony doors opened and provided a refreshing cross breeze in 80 degree late August weather alternately there was air conditioning.Room was very clean. Breakfast was basic. The location was extremely convenient- a block from the market square with many restaurants and a 5 to 10 minute walk from attractions.

It is about a 10-minute walk from Lund C station to the hotel, and there are a lot of cobblestones on the street, which makes it more difficult when carrying large luggage.

We enjoyed our four-night stay at the Best Western Plus Hotell Nordic Lund. The hotel's rooms and bathrooms are spacious and come with small kitchen facilities equipped with an electric stove, mini-fridge, microwave, and wash sink. We booked two rooms: a Twin Room for two people and a Family Room for three people. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms had air conditioning along with large windows offering a nice view. There are good Italian and sushi restaurants right across from the hotel. We would recommend this hotel to friends and will definitely stay here again.
