It was great since price included the breakfast. And bed rooms were clean enough. The family room was good for two families like parents and children can stay comfortably.

Beds were not comfortable. They were old ,were shaky. One was broken and the foot of the bed was just hanging. I expected a bit more fancy and new , modern look hotel. It looked more like asylum camp. Sorry but it was that feeling.

The rooms are very simply and small. It's okay for only sleeping.

The breakfast was ok but the same bread was served few days in a row you could feel that the buns were getting dry. Margarine instead of butter. Not much of a hotel breakfast but ok anyway. The bins were not emptied every day so families you have to take care of your diapers yourself.

Comfortable beds. Kind staff. Could pay attention on the cleanness little bit more.

I recently stayed at Hotel Dialog, but my experience was quite underwhelming. The rooms were cramped and lacked a wardrobe, which made organizing clothes and luggage challenging. The furniture appeared worn and outdated, which diminished the overall feel of the space. On top of that, communication with the staff was difficult, resulting in avoidable misunderstandings. While the hotel is conveniently located, the other issues make it difficult for me to recommend.

The hotel offered me shelter when I needed it the most. Although the conditions were simple, I was grateful to have a place to rest and recover. It brought me peace of mind to have a safe space during a difficult period.

They don’t give you any discount at all. Booking page price is the best you can get! it’s their loss and sad that they don’t know it. Price is way too high for the quality they offer. Bathroom has mold and could be cleaned better. Tv only has like 5 Swedish channel so you have nothing to watch except Swedish news:( You can’t have room without breakfast (to lower price). Breakfast is terrible- only warm thing is oatmeal that looks so bad and hard that I didn’t even want to try. You can have sandwiches and cereal with yoghurt, that’s it!!! Coffee is poor and cookies are cheap- but what else can you expect? Should be named hostel rather than hotel.

The room was not very cozy or inviting, but I was only there to sleep, so it was not a problem for me. It is far from the center, takes time to reach the hotel. (Although you can easily go there with SL, the connection with the citycenter is good.)

The room was a bit simple but good for the price. Although the hotel is quite far from the center, I could easily find it, since there's a bus stop near the entrance. The breakfast selection was good, too.

This guys deserve my support, is not in the city center but you have a private room and bathroom for a reasonable money, it´s not a Hilton hotel but it works and I wish they don´t increase their price never...

The bed and the blanket were too old, even a tiny movement made noise while sleeping. The kitchen was not in a good and clean condition.

The breakfast was great in wide variety. The sheets were clean although the blanket was too old. The hotel is close to shopping centers.
