The doonas and the pillows are of cheap quality and the mattress is not comfortable.

The location near Capri beach and lawns with playgrounds and jumping castle was fantastic for the kids. The food at the restaurant was good.

The Place needs better maintenance and renovation. We were allotted a room, turned out lights were not working. Tried another room, bathroom lights were not working. The third room was ok and finally that was allotted. There were no good blinders on all the windows! How can a summer holidays place can forget/neglect having good blinders!!? For shower, it needed to run water for 5 whole minutes before the hot water finally came.

The location was great, the staff was helpful. The kitchen is in the public area, and it was ok, but should have more types of vessels. The hot water in shower, though it took long to get, was in abundance.

Not clean. Dead mouse in the trash can. We also had to wait a while for anyone to meet us at reception to check in after a group of staff stood around and watched us wait outside.

Location is beautiful, especially when the weather is nice! Good to have a restaurant we could walk to from where we were staying.

We arrived after a day on the beach, very much in need of a shower, but found that the hotel had run out of hot water. This had been happening for several days according to other guests I talked to. The host knew of the situation according to other guests, yet did not inform us when we checked in. Very little sound proofing in the building. The room was right next to the communal kitchen, which was used by several people, with food smells coming in through the door and prep noises through the wall. Also - No WiFi in the building. All in all, I think the hotel is expensive and I will hesitate to return unless I get a good price.

The room and bathroom was clean, the sheets clean and the bed was comfy. And the location is good.

Beds were hard and smaller then standard, long people had to sleep with feet outside the bed. Thin walls, we could here our neighbours breathe. 2/4 toilets were in function. The kitchen lacked coffee machines and spoons.

This is a place that provides all that is necessary for your stay but little or no extra om top of that, and the price reflects this. If you considder this, it is a good place to stay.

The property has the feel and look of Old militant Baracks from the 50s. ( probably they have been) . The concept of a simple holiday resort might have worked in former times. However today the facilities, rooms (bunk beds on linoleum ) , bathrooms (shared with no dry area of floor) and shared spaces (old sofas) is not up to standard . 5his especially considering the pricing (2023 summer: 1000sek / night For 4 persons plus linens for all 600sek ). Additionally the on-site restaurant ceased to exists, (the webpage states different) meaning extra costs for breakfast in the near village of Strömstad. Overall not really value for money. The place was fully booked, lot of Norwegian electric cars - last stop before expensive Norway on the road nord.

Some of the cabins would benefit from a bit of renovation.

The surroundings and the area i simply so idyllic, calm and beautiful that it compensate fully for the slightly worn down houses! I recommend this place for the atmosphere, the beach, the wonderful sunset and the nature!

Room not completely clean. Late August = pretty much abandoned. Doors swinging open in the wind. Reception abandoned upon arrival. Reception store looked like something from the Soviet Union. No restaurant, despite website and sign at entry advertising a restaurant / pizzeria. Kind of spooky.

It was dirty, haven't been cleaned in what looked like years. And I'm not picky. I've seen prisons with higher standards. The beds where extremely uncomfortable. You had to rent or bring your own bedsheets. No sound proofing, I could literally hear my neighbour breathing. Building hasn't been painted or maintained in 10 years, at least. It looked like it was one wind gush away from falling over. I've staid at budget motels 1/10 of the price made from containers with twice the standard, with included bedsheets. If you can find any other places to stay, you probably should.

The key to open the door is very noisy, during the night it easily wakes up my wife when I go to toilet, the window is hard to open, very bad experience I have to say.
