Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The location is superb! Could not have asked for a better place near so many attractions and clubs. The place was very clean. Also entering and exiting the place was easy due to the codes sent before the stay.

United KingdomThe small room we got was not as we thought advertised. It's much smaller and different looking from photos. Fine for crashing at.
The bed is quite comfortable. Everything you need, towel, soap, hair dryer, kettle. Sink in room. Shared bathroom and toilet clean albeit small. Good power on shower although the head attachment didn't work. No staff interaction needed so can come and go as please. More like a room in an apartment.

BelgiumThere was no reception. The check in process is much more like an airbnb with self check-in. There is no staff onsite to welcome you or guide you. The main light for one of two rooms which was not working and we had to use only the secondary ones. There were only 2 little samples of soap/shampoo for a total of 6 guests. The shower and toilets are OK but that's it, not really cosy or comfortable.
There was a hotline and the people answering were always very kind and helpful.

SwedenCould have been a bit cleaner - maybe vacuum in the corners as well? It was not so bad, but VERY different from the photos. The reality was much older, dated furniture. I was a bit amused by no lamp in the small entrance of the room. It's not great value for the money. As someone who lived in Gothenburg for many years until recently - if you don't have to be in the city center within 5 minutes - get a hotel somewhere on the tram line. It's SO convenient and fast and you won't pay half you salary for it.
It was close to the venue of the event I was attending. No bedbugs or other pests (the bar is so low).

Was very dirty, a old can of beer was lying on the floor, the fake plastic plants There just to pretend on the photo that the place is well kept is confusing. Tiny cup for the tea so so small, just one bag of tea for 2 it’s very greedy.... the person on the phone didn’t speak good English or Swedish. Very bad internet connection.
