The breakfast was simple, but hearty and sufficient. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. There is a common spacious living room where you can make coffee or tea and sit with a group of friends. Car parking is conveniently located near the entrance to the building. Everything was well organized to get us to our room even in the absence of the host.

Floors and toilet are squeaky For some reason Booking.com said cash only so I had to find an ATM in a different village and do a very expensive withdrawal, but later found out they did accept cards.

It was an amazing and peaceful stay. The villa was truly iconic with a wide beautiful yard in front. The owner was very friendly and positive. Breakfast was simple but filling enough. You could access a common kitchenette if you wanted to prepare and/or heat up dinner.

For this price we've got everything what we were in need. It was warm place, it had a good table for work with computer, beds were located perfectly to sleep separated enough from each other. At breakfast there was chill mood music.

The bathroom is too cramped - is the one bad thing I can come up with. Fully manageable though

One late evening in February, after 6 hours of driving: I'm entering this ancient mansion - no one inside. Dim welcoming light in a spacious diner room with a piano. Everything is clean and fresh. I'm now entering my room and I can here the sound of the creek right outside my window. The filling is magic! An experience to recommend.

On arrival, it was an older building, quite unassuming which didn't do the experience justice. I believe not all rooms would be quite as spacious or with a veranda.

The owner who welcomed us was extremely kind and a perfect host, helping us to order food from a local restaurant and even collecting it for us. The room, 9 was high up with a veranda at tree height, overlooking the river so lovely and cool without insects. It was a hot night but with all the windows open we slept well. The shower had particularly good water pressure and the bed was really comfy and extra long length with lovely linen. The breakfast was a nice continental buffet.

Quite location. Private bathrooms. Kubbs available. The host made us feel very welcome. The hotel has a rich history. Plenty of vegetarian options at breakfast (we mentioned in advance).

The hotel is pretty and easily accessible. The common areas are very large and well equipped (crockery, books, games...). The host is available and welcoming. The bedroom with private bathroom is large, comfortable and bright. The breakfast is exceptional. Thanks from France. Merci :)

A great place to stay!! We had a very quiet room on the 2nd floor and drank our morning coffee out on the terrace overlooking the creek. Good breakfast. Nice big room with lots of light.

Must tell that through the night there were loud steps outside which preventef me to sleep. I opened the doors Nobody around. I kept the light on and slept maybe two hours only. That’s why I was late to breakfast. I do not believe in ghosts but this experience was definitely something extraordinary. It was something I never experienced. Remember a staff told me at the museum that there are strange things going on at Liljenborg. I was at room no 7. Have you had similar complaints?

First time I was welcomed via a Text message. Outside the saison and not much customer at that time but a strange feeling anyway.

Nice house under renovation at that time. once all is finished i will be a wonderful place to stay. Breakfast was fine.
