The confirmation email said that someone would be at reception when in fact reception doesn't exist and I was not sent that information or the code for the door. This also happened to another guest and she found it a horrible experience. How would it be to arrive late at night and to find a closed door and no information

I had a private room and price-performance for this is very low. It's not worth it. Door handles were somehow always dirty. Kitchen was not clean, the buttons for stove were so oily and fat. The walls dividing the rooms are very thin, every time a person went into a room, i thought they opened my door. Floor was not clean and overall the sheets etc had hairs on them.. Most plugs in room were not working. It's better than sleeping outside though :)

Hostel is very centrally located and close to grocery shops and tram station. Some shared showers were like a separate bathroom, so i didn't have to leave my personal belongings outside and had some privacy. The cleaning lady was also very friendly and helpful, although she was not speaking english. Bed was fine. There was a small drawer, a chair and a mirror in the room.

no breakfast possible. could be renovated. Short reception desk opening times (I had not seen any hotel personal when I leave the hostel in the morning at 8 and came back at 7 p.m.

not complicated - everything worked as described in the mail. sufficient contact to the hostel personal via chat and mail. guest kitchen and breakfast room (a bit cool deserted atmosphere).

I wish it would be stated more clearly that there is no staff present in the property. You just have to wait outside by the road as long as you get the message whit your check in info.

Check in procedure could have been clearer. Mattresses too thin and soft. Didn't see any staff in my 3 nights there.

The room was very small, we expected a small room, but this was almost uncomfortable. There was a kitchen with tables and chairs, but no sofa or a comfortable place to hang out. The smoke from cigarettes from the street entered through the windows.

The location was very good, close to Haga. The room was quiet (we had no window). Clean bathroom. Very good price!

The room doesn’t have any windows so it’s pretty hard to aerate it. The toilet wasn’t too clean, but still decent.

For the price we paid, it was freaking great. The room was pretty spacious (compared to what it was written in our booking at least). The showers were nice.

During the night rest, there was a lot of noise and it prevented me from sleeping. The heating was not on and the night was cold.

Provide hostel with a toilet and bathroom en-suite for families with children under 5….for privacy !
