Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NorwayFairly basic living standard. Notice that the price shown at booking.com does not include bed sheets, towels and cleaning. The place is basically a jazzed up version of the cheap bungalows one can rent at the camping sites in Norway

New ZealandI think the moose tour should be included in the stay, it would be such an drawcard for visitors and would make peoples stay that much more special.
Lovely peaceful place and off course you had the moose. Unfortunately they are not very close to the house, you can see them, but it is a distance. To really appreciate the animals you have to do the tour. Property is what expected for a place where you bring your own linen and towels. It has everything you need if that’s the type of traveling you do. So all good and nothing to complain about. Thank you for a nice stay.
