Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Romania- that we have stayed only 1 night :( - for the future, a hairdryer would be a great addition, but it was ok without having one for us
- Swedish traditional house - located near the forest - we saw stars on sky at night (it was amazing!) - fully equipped kitchen - free cofee and tea - the owner was very nice and made a good breakfast for 55 SEK/person and we enjoyed it even if we left at 6:00 in the morning (prepared since the evening) - bed linen and towels were very clean - adjustable beds - fluffy bedroom slippers - washing machine and dryer, but we didn't use them - a lot of lights and the house looks like from a fairy tale - the feeling of being home when you enter the room Important note: from the main road, follow the sign with RUM and you will find the house!

Karin and Per are very friendly and helpful. The appartement was very clean and everything you need is there. There are 2 very comfortable beds (not on the photos), instead of the sleeping sofa. There were food and drinks in the fridge and fresh strawberries! Swedish hospitality! We loved it! The place is much nicer than the photos on booking.
