Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwedenThe hotel really lack cleanliness. The rooms and lobby itself was left untidy. We had a long day and checked in the hotel around 19:00. The room that was allocated to us was not cleaned at all. Floors were full with dust, po..p stains in the toilet, Used toilet paper, shower head on the floor, hairs in the bed and lot more. I have pictures for all these. I reported this immediately but the staff asked me that they will immediately send someone to clean the room and we waited 30min for someone to come and nobody did. So I had to go to the receptionist again and this time shout for a new room.

CanadaWe were not happy with the bed at all. You don't make a double bed by placing two single beds next to each other, if someone lies at the center, they would just fall into the gap. Besides, the room was smaller than we expected, it did not have a view, and the neighbourhood is very bland. And when we arrived early, they tried to charge us for the early check-in, which is just outrageous.
The breakfast is amazing. There is a big and nice lounge area on the second floor.

United StatesI’ve never been to a hotel like this before so I would have maybe appreciated knowing the keycards weren’t just for the rooms but the electricity in the room, the elevators and stairs too. It’s nice that they are and a lot safer but I just wish it was explained or maybe have it in the summary of the hotel.
The room was very cozy and clean, there was a nice cleaning rule that I could ask for my room to be cleaned which was very nice and non-invasive, the tv was nice, the lobby and all public spaces were very nice and I especially enjoyed the lobby shop being open anytime of the day.

SwedenI asked the reception for additional pillows, but the pillows in the room were incredibly bad. I was surprised when the receptionist told me that they no longer had any pillows left due to the delay in shipping!! How could this happen in a 21 floor hotel? Shouldn't there be backup planning for room service? What shocked me was that coffee or tea was not free for guests at the hotel!! The receptionist was talking to me like a robot. He had ready answers to any objection or question and was unable to solve any problem facing the guests. The only good thing during my stay was breakfast. My stay at the hotel was for three days. From the first day, I asked the reception to clean the room for me every day. The strange thing is that on the second day, no one came to clean the room and empty the trash cans. I asked the reception to send someone, and their answer was that the hotel’s policy does not allow They told them to clean the room until the guest left the hotel. I told them that I would stay for three days. They told me that when you leave, we will clean the room!!! Knowing that they put a paper on the reception asking guests who wish to clean their rooms to request that from the reception,, but unfortunately the receptionist’s answer was very strange,,, after several attempts, they sent me someone to empty the trash in the bathroom,, the amount I paid for this hotel I could have rented a better hotel with better services and a cheaper price. This is my first time visiting the hotel and it will definitely be the last. I want compensation for the bad service that I and my family were subjected to. The amount I paid for my stay in this hotel is not worth paying half of it.

SwedenNo toiletries like soap bar, tissues, hair and body shampoo separate. Shampoo made hairs of ladies rough. No kettle or small fridge - being a family room. The bunk beds were all tied up, we had to fix everything ourselves. The safety bars of bunk bed were hidden behind mirror and we had to pick and fix ourselves. We expected everything to be ready as we paid for kids too. Only two towel pairs (one small and one large) was kept for 4 people. Only two glasses to drink water. Apparently they didn't even consider that couple and two kids are coming. Floor was fairly clean, we expected more cleaner. For the price we paid, we expected much better facilities.
Kids enjoyed the two playing stations kept at entrance. Access to tram is good, 20mins to center. Room window view was very good. Breakfast was not excellent but just enough for the price we paid. Staff was very kind and supportive. The hotel agreed to provide room few hrs earlier than checkin time, at fee of extra 10eur per hour.
