FranceThe breakfast was quite basic, nothing special. It was neither the worst nor the best breakfast we have ever had in hotels. You cannot open any windows. The blankets are quite heavy.
All the personnel was very nice, professional and friendly. The room and the bed sheets were very clean. There is a nice and comfortable armchair in the room. The centre of the city is within a walking distance.

SwedenBed was too hard in my opinion. I weigh 83 kg and my wife a lot less. Pillows were too soft. We got some other options when we asked the reception, but didn’t make any difference. so far for the pillow catalogue they have to offer. Overall we didn’t sleep well. But I understand it’s a matter of what you prefer. No room service was possible between 18:00-20:00 because the restaurant was busy. I think hotel guests should get some sort of priority.
Very nice breakfast with a lot of options. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is nearby Central station and the ferries. Main shopping street was not far either. Interior design of the hotel is very nice. Modern but yet cozy feeling. Room was quiet.

No carpeting on the floor which makes it hygienic. Free available bikes which we used to look around the city. Extreme quiet room on the inside with no noise from the outside makes you sleep forever.

The room is exceptionally clean with all the amenities I need. Bed is comfortable and room is of a good size. The breakfast is absolutely amazing and value for money. Check out time is noon which is awesome.

Nice staff, clean room and basically a problem free stay. When travelling with a dog, this is a great hotel to stay at. We were welcomed with a dog bed, clean bowls and some dog treats.

IrelandThe main problem with our visit was the temperature in our room (daytime temperatures sometimes went up to 29C) and there was no effective way of cooling it down. The air conditioning was designed for cold winters not hot summers. After one sleepless night we were upgraded to a premier room (same size as a standard room, but with irrelevant additional features such as bath robes); this also could not be cooled down efficiently. We suspect that this is a common problem in Scandinavia.
The room was quiet and bright. It was a short walk to the harbour area which had several bars and cafes. The Central Station was also close to the hotel.
