Frosted glass door to the bathroom that is deliberately designed with a gap between it and the door frame. Not an issue if you're travelling alone, but some people may be uncomfortable with it. Still, there's always the bathrooms in the lobby! The albeit well-stocked minibar in the room is, like most hotels I guess, very expensive,

Really handy to airport and car hire if you are arriving/departing late/early. Bus from terminal to hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good choice of dishes and enjoyable meal at on-site restaurant. Breakfast buffet with plenty of choice including gluten-free. Room clean, no noise from neighbouring rooms. Liked the big chair for reading/watching tv instead of having to lie on bed or use the harder desk chair.

Not many options for restaurants very close to hotel and the menu is a bit limited for longer stays.but what they have is very good.

Location was perfect for airport access and rental car return for the end of our trip.Staff were very helpful.The breakfast was very good.The moose and deer meatballs for supper were really good.hotel was quiet and very clean.

Really friendly and helpful staff at reception and in the restaurant. Lovely hotel with excellent pool and sauna facilities, very good breakfast, perfect location for the airport with a free shuttle every 15 minutes. Stayed for two nights before going hiking in Lapland and then returned for a night before flying out, they let me keep a small bag in the luggage storage in between. Absolutely couldn't fault it and would definitely recommend and stay again.

I asked for a blanket at reception that I never got since the duvet is too warm for this season (summer). They should respond to customers' requests promptly with a yes or no. Prior to checking in, I asked for information about the shuttle bus, and this was provided after several specifications were required. They should be more detailed and specific when the customer asks for key information.

Overall very good service, a warm and approachable team, great food, great facilities inside, great airport bus shuttle service offered by the hotel at no cost..

The room we were in has a toilet door that has no built in lock. Which is I didn’t like (someone could just go in the door while your doing your business)

We liked everything in the hotel

The hotel was super clean, beautiful and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. Relaxing and quiet atmosphere, beautiful lobby, nice view and surroundings. Very close to the car rentals ( just a couple of minutes by foot), free shuttle to Arlanda airport. There is a nice small playroom for little kids and the pool is such a fun extra! Clean and tidy, with sauna and changing rooms Wonderful place to stay! Above all expectations
