Pool temperature a bit cold? Pedestrian pavement around the hotel could have been cleaned from the snow? Honestly, we have stayed in this hotel many times, cause it really does make for a comfortable stay every time.

Comfortable hotel that caters for all your needs whether pre- or post travel through Arlanda airport. There is a gym, sauna, pool, optional breakfast. Optional small snacks at 24/7 manned reception. Helpful staff. Modern TV with google cast. Parking available for additional cost.

I mean, it was the only small thing that I can think of - the bathroom was kind of small and the door did not close or lock. The door was just like a closet door.

Super nice and soft bed. The breakfast was amazing and you should choose this hotel for the breakfast already. You can also take cup of coffee, tea or hot choclate with you from the breakfast to the room. It was very quite and relaxing after 13h flight. The hotel staff had excelent English skills, very proffessional. The bus transfer from the airport was very quick and comfortable.

For my needs, the room temperature was too cold!

It was an excellent hotel with great facilities, including sauna and swimming pool! Restaurant meals at the hotel were wonderful! Every 15 minutes, a free airport shuttle arrives, the airport is located 5 minutes away!

HK quality needs improvement. shower room the lotion pump for bath gel not working. at the basin it was damaged too. tech did come next day to change. first impression was damaged

Very good hotel. Great staff, comfortable bed, rich breakfast. Easy access from the airport to the hotel. Very happy with the experience. Yes, a bit expensive for a transfer hotel (you spend one night while waiting for your flight), but according to the comfort and quality you get.

Chamber atmosphere near the reception desk, nice Christmas decorations, a kid’s corner, cosy rooms of a breakfast restaurant, friendly staff with sincere smiles snd good command of English. Our room had a view of Jumbo jet hostel, everything was covered with snow and created a great Christmas atmosphere))

The hotel rate can be quite pricey, so its not always an economic option for a transit hotel. Rooms are quite compact so for a couple travelling with a few suitcases it could be quite cramped.

The hotel is modern and well maintained, with great staff in all areas of the hotel. Its a bus ride from the airport, about 5 minutes, and the buses are every 15 minutes. Because of construction work at T5 the bus stop is at T4, around 10 minutes from T5. Rooms are compact, but very comfortable with good a/c, nice bathroom, nice linen and good pillows. Rooms are very well sound isolated, not just from outside but from other rooms and the corridor too. Hotel breakfast is amazing, very good choices of food and beverage. Its a large buffet with various 'stations' but the food is great quality. I will definitely stay again when transiting through Arlanda.

Aa I said in the first section, there is nothing not to like.

There is nothing not to like about this hotel. Ideally placed for the airport with a free shuttle bus every 15 minutes. Lovely clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent dinner and a really good breakfast.
