Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe arrived at Arlanda Airport at 22:30 and I think the hotel could do a better job of helping guests know where to go to get to the hotel by public transport, as even though the hotel is only a 20 minute walk away from the airport, it’s impossible to get to the hotel on foot due to the motorways. We had to pay a taxi which cost us an extortionate amount for just over a mile, which we were frustrated at. Also, at breakfast the options are great and it’s mostly very clean, but the glasses seemed like they have been used far too many times and maybe need replacing soon!
The hotel is brilliant, the rooms are so comfy with fantastic air conditioning which we needed, as the weather was hot during our stay. They also have a delicious hot chocolate drink in the rooms. The facilities are great, including a pool, gym and table tennis which we used for a bit too long. The selection at breakfast was brilliant. The staff are warm and the whole hotel is just a really nice environment.

The hotel is clean, updated and has a swimming pool and gym which is great to kill some hours. The restaurant is also lovely, although a little overpriced.

The room was ok. Nothing too fancy. I have been to hotels in 80 countries but I can’t say it was anything extra ordinary. An espresso machine should be in the room.

Jump on the p3 free shuttle bus from Arlaand airport and you will be dropped outside the door in around 2 minutes. Perfect location for the airport.

IrelandThe room was a bit on the small side but spotless and so was the bathroom. It was a little bit of noise from the small fan/aircondition unit on the ceiling. But the above would not keep me from coming again.
All the staff was so so friendly kind and helpful. Thank you for a short but great stay. We ate dinner in the restaurant and the meatballs were so tasty. The buffee breakfast was fantastic. A lot of different foods for all tastes and the coffee was great. We used the pool and towels for the shower was provided. And there was a sauna which was very nice to use. There was no sound or noise coming from the outside, you could not hear traffic or planes in the air through closed windows. The hotel is close to the airport about 5-10 min with bus and there was a complimentary shuttle bus that goes every 15 min.

SwedenJust to be picky .I would like a bowl for The dog. They charge quit a bit for dogs wich is fine. But stayed at cheaper hotels and I always enjoy when a bowl for The dog is put in room, always a Nice toucj and welcoming feeling.
I liked it all, very Nice, breakfast was amazing. Lovely room. Good parking and beds were comfy.
