Housekeeping was slow and not done the first two days. ran out of toiletpaper and trash building up. came earlier in the summer and it was better then so we decided to come back but it was not as good the second time around.

Cleaning was worst experience we ever had in our lives. They did not clean the bathroom, water glasses were dirty, no vacuuming, no filling amenities.

Breakfast was good as well as people who work at breakfast were very nice and friendly.

There was a problem with a leak when we arrived, but they were so helpful.While we waited we had complimentary drinks and nibbles. It wasn't long and we were upgraded to a premium room and complimentary breakfast each morning. The room was extremely comfortable and very quiet.

Bathroom is below the Radisson standard, the shower leaked from the rain showerhead, the water did not drain properly. Sink was clogged from the moment we checked in and not fully unclogged even after reporting the clog.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The main mattress needs to be replaced. The stopper in the tub didn't hold water. For only three nights and four days we had to reactivate the card to enter the room three times .

Very well stocked breakfast. Excellent location, in a few minutes you can walk to the center.

Amazing staff and excellent customer service. Bed was very comfortable and spacious family rooms. They have allowed late check out without any extra charges. Convenient and affordable parking lot as well. Small and nice indoor play area for kids!

The room was not clean when we came back. Our glasses were not changed. Our medicine I think was thrown away? We could not find it. One of the employees was verbally rude to another employee. Also the staff had no historical reference to the medieval building the restaurant was in. Some reference to what that building was or the area was would have been nice.

We booked a family room for 2 adults and 3 children. Booking.com confirmed the availability of an extra bed. When we arrived no extra beds were available. Instead of apologising the rather rude receptionist told us we could either cancel the booking or leave a bad review on their website. In the end my son slept on the floor. Next morning, different people at the reception, but no better behaviour. No apologies, zero empathy for the situation. Instead of being a little accommodating and customer friendly they still charged me 30€ fee for the dog.

We booked as a family with 4 kids. We got two rooms with just 1 bed. Asked the manager to help me. Answer was “kids under 12 years old can sleep in their parents bed.” And “you could have chosen the room with two single separate beds.” Ok. But. we. Have. 4. Kids. Something Booking.com just don’t care about. So I asked “can you help?” Nope. She could not “we should have booked the family suit but it’s already booked, and there’s no extra bed” Not like she did really care. Be honest if you read this. Even if I guess you do not. You didn’t care at all. And that’s why I’m pissed. Like the worst customer service you expect. Some things to remember here: Traveling with my kids is difficult. Booking.com gives you alternatives that does not match your needs. Customer service is way under my expectations. I mean, I’m not checking in in a small camping in the middle of Auvergne (no offense) and it was still pretty expensive.

The Shampoo, and soap dispensers were not easy to get Shampoo and soap out. I couldn't find a electricity socket in the bathroom to use the hair dryer. Pillows a bit thick and hard...maybe provide 2 sizes for guests

1. at least omelet be made available on order and to be included in breakfast. 2. hand press washing should be provided at toilet. 3. bottles of shampoo soap etc. are like you have to try your best to take the liquid in hand.

We had an excellent experience. The reception staff were super helpful and they were so nice and kind. It was a great start to our stay! We loved the atmosphere and the welcoming attitude from everyone there. We will definitely book again the next time we are visiting malmö
