The property is a bit old and is starting to show in some rooms. Nothing that was a deal-breaker at all though.

The location is amazing. Walking distance to the city center and old town and right next to the main train station and several tram and metro lines. The staff were also wonderful and always super helpful.

The convenience of this hotel was great. It was very close to the train station and easy access to the trams. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast served was extremely nice covering all choices of breakfast foods and beverages.

Most uncomfortable beds for personal preference. Extremely soft that it made the most uncomfortable sleep I’ve had abroad.

Location was excellent and check in and check out. Plus storage for bags. Safety was great also and very clean.

All was good.

Everything, it was close to the trains & trams. We had a lovely room overlooking the sea. The room was comfortable & clean, good nights sleep. Breafast had everything you could possibly want to eat. So nice not having to rush down to breakfast at the weekend it was 7am to 12 midday. Great ice machine on each floor, & the bar in our room was fully stocked Staff were very polite & pleasant. Definate Hotel to return to.

We had only one issue and that was the lightings, we couldn’t switch them off unless we pulled out the room-card. On the check out we told the guy at the receptionist and he would check it out for the next guest. We could have told them while we were staying there but we didn’t mind it much and our stay was short anyways so we didn’t see it as something necessary.

Very nice with delicious breakfast. The bed is a bit hard and I personally like it better that way than having it soft. I also liked that we could connect our phone to the TV and the gym was really nice too, enough space and not too crowded. Very friendly and helpful staffs, I will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, but it's a bit run down - there was obvious damage to the wall where a chair had scraped it, and the bathroom shower stall door doesn't keep water tight, unfortunately.

The breakfast buffet was, as ever, delicious, and the location is incredibly convenient, being right beside Stockholm Centralen. Everything that you need is right there, and the staff are super helpful.

View into the indoor courtyard quite annyoying - there was construction which was quite loud. There was also an evacuation alarm from another area (likely train station) that could be heard throughout the hotel even when we were told it didn‘t apply to the hotel

Currently work going on roof which is effecting breakfast area , scaffolding around breakfast area, would have been nice to have known to have a choice whether to stay during works. Sky bar staff seemed a little aloof. Also, every time buying drinks, card machine asks for tip, not really needed for buying a drink, just my thoughts.

The swimming pool has an additional entrance fee. For a hotel in this category, this should be part of the amenities.

The lady at the reception was very welcoming and positive during check-in. The breakfast was delicious, and despite restorations, we were not disturbed at any moment. The gym is great, very well equipped and the hotel's position is very close to the city center and train station. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated.

The windows were towards the inside yard of the building, but that was the price to pay for a reasonably priced stay in such a location. The bed was a bit hard, but not bone-crushing. The sound isolation of the outside door could have been a little better.

The best location (literally a few meters from the central station), good quality of materials and condition of the premises. Good ventilation.

The surprise prices in the rooftop bar. Drink are prices per centilitre which wasn’t clear on a first glance. The bill was a shock at the end.

The fact that you have to pay to use the swimming pool even if you’re a guest. It feels really unfair when you’ve paid for a room to also have to pay £15pp (roughly) to access the pool.

Everything was very clean, well decorated and it’s in an excellent location.

My Samsung earphones disappeared from their case I've left in the room and unfortunately I only noticed it once at the airport. They were definitely taken by someone who had access to our room which is very shocking especially considering the type and the reputation of the hotel. The case is the only place I would ever keep them as the buds are very small (used them for years and never lost them anywhere). I flagged this situation via message, never received a reply from the hotel...

Great hotel and location, we also got an upgrade as stayed for 4 nights. Did not opt for breakfast as found the price extremely high.
