Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Amazing location in the heart of Stockholm. Many shops, restaurants, coffee places. All sightseeing was walkable. Personel was super friendly with a smile on faces. Cosy and comfy rooms. It was my birthday weekend stay, so I had a surprise in the room from the Radisson Blu staff! Very excited. Will come back for sure! :)

NetherlandsI booked this property for the pool and the pool was out of service for the whole trip (3days). The rooms were clean, the lifts not so much. Had breakfast on the first morning at 10am (a quieter period as indicated by the staff), the buffet was well stocked and great options, after 2 attempts still could not get a clean table or cutlery setting.
Great location! The staff were very professional and friendly. Early check-in offered which was super nice!

The hotel had a luggage room where we could keeps our bags whilst exploring Stockolm & waiting the night train to the Arctic circle. There was a very nice bar in the lobby for drinks & cocktails.

KenyaThe pool was closed during our entire stay, I wish this had been communicated before booking because we picked this hotel for its pool and sauna. We also came back to an unmade room in the afternoon, we had to call to request the cleaning ladies to come and clean while we were there because they had been backed up during morning hours. This should not happen. Otherwise the hotel is quite good.
The room was very spacious, an additional bed was provided at no extra cost. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The location was absolutely perfect, close to the central station, restaurants etc The gym was well equipped.

IrelandHad a “do not disturb” sign hanging on our door as we had a long flight, when I Rang for house keeping, I was assured it wasn’t too late in the day, it was obliged but unfortunately no service arrived for our 3 night stay. Very dark room, lighting very poor. Frosted glass door for toilet was not convenient for privacy!
Excellent location for us. Very clean and spacious room. Excellent shower facility. We stayed here before but unfortunately our first stay was a better experience. Check in staff friendly and helpful.
