Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Great location right inside the terminal, with easy access to train as well. It was clean, quiet, and okay for a layover. Restaurant was really good.

IndiaThe mixer tap in the bath tub is very confusing to use. Even the manual is not helpful most of the time. Never seen a manual for a mixer anywhere. Also, if there is a dedicated showering area instead of the bathtub, it would have been convenient.

FinlandIt would have been nice to be able to buy a bottle of wine of arrival. The man in the receptionist said that I could find wine in the room but the minibar was empty. When I phoned the reception they said that we could not buy a bottle of wine. I find it very strange In these days that when you are on vacation, an airport hotel can´t provide this service. This has nerever happened before.
