I forgot my navy blue joggers, room 681. I hope it can be kept and i can pick it up next time. but it was a good stay

right at the airport, so it’s perfect for a connecting flight. breakfast was great, starts at 4:30. room was clean and comfortable. gym was good too

Very noisy hotel which is not the staffs fault. I understand people come and go all hours. just don’t book if you need a full nights sleep before a flight, you won’t get it. Rooms could do with an update too. Fridge very noisy and contributed to lack of sleep. Shower curtain full of mould.

I would expect Radisson properties to be up to a certain standard, and the bathroom certainly had a cheap 2* hotel vibe. Worn out anti-slip mat in the bathtub, weird angle of the shower head no 1, broken shower head no 2 combined with really bad water pressure and impossible to adjust water temperature give you rather an uncomfortable experience. The drainage in the sink - that should have been unclogged and what’s the point of the pedal bin if the pedal doesn’t work :) After mentioning this to the receptionist upon checking out - was offered to be enrolled in a Radisson loyalty programme. Strange response tbh, since who would like to be loyal to a prospect of getting such a crappy bathroom again🚽 💩 🛁

Hotel located directly at the terminal - no need to go outside if you are transiting at Arlanda. Beds are quite comfy.

After several hours of travelling it was really nice to rest and gather extra energy before travelling another 4 hours to get home from the airport. The breakfast was good. They had almost everything you would like for the perfect breakfast.

The room was very comfortable, spacious and quiet. Excellent breakfast. The walk was flat and all indoors from terminal 5, part of Sky City. Great for late arrivals.

Maybe include some bubble bath for guests to use for the bath .

Staff were so lovely . Hotel is located in the airport therefore it makes traveling a stress free experience . the view I had from my room was incredible . Will stay here again if I travel to Stockholm.

Proximity to the airport terminals. We arrived in T5 and was catching the next flight from T2. Short walk, around 300metres from T5 and about 800metres to T2. Bed was super comfortable too.

A very nice, queit place to spend your time in between the flights. Very nice and cosy, all the toilletries, hair dryer, complementary tea, coffee. Beds were comfy, white sheets. The view to the terminal was nice too. Loved the bathroom.

There wasn't much service assistance to help us with lost luggage. Service in the restaurant was slow although friendly.

Accommodation and bathroom facilities were very comfortable. Beds super luxurious.

- The bathroom needs a bit of repair: both the door handle and the tap was broken. - The breakfast not the best, and they started to remove everything 15 minutes before the official closing time - despite several guests were still eating.

- The location of the hotel is very convenient for travelers. - The staff is friendly and very helpful. - The room was clear and spacious. - The bed is very comfortable.
