United KingdomVery noisy hotel which is not the staffs fault. I understand people come and go all hours. just don’t book if you need a full nights sleep before a flight, you won’t get it. Rooms could do with an update too. Fridge very noisy and contributed to lack of sleep. Shower curtain full of mould.

United KingdomI would expect Radisson properties to be up to a certain standard, and the bathroom certainly had a cheap 2* hotel vibe. Worn out anti-slip mat in the bathtub, weird angle of the shower head no 1, broken shower head no 2 combined with really bad water pressure and impossible to adjust water temperature give you rather an uncomfortable experience. The drainage in the sink - that should have been unclogged and what’s the point of the pedal bin if the pedal doesn’t work :) After mentioning this to the receptionist upon checking out - was offered to be enrolled in a Radisson loyalty programme. Strange response tbh, since who would like to be loyal to a prospect of getting such a crappy bathroom again🚽 💩 🛁
Hotel located directly at the terminal - no need to go outside if you are transiting at Arlanda. Beds are quite comfy.

Sweden- The bathroom needs a bit of repair: both the door handle and the tap was broken. - The breakfast not the best, and they started to remove everything 15 minutes before the official closing time - despite several guests were still eating.
