How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The shower gel bottles are tricky, not very easy to use, but not a big issue.
Good service, extremely helpful 24h reception team. Clean and quiet.

room, location and breakfast. big room. restaurant with great view over look at terminal. staff are very friendly. If you have early flight or arrive late at terminal. This is a perfect hotel to stay.

There was no kettle in our room, only a kettle base, we rang to housekeeping and a kettle was brought. The room safe did not function, there were small balls of dust in some corners and the marble around the wash basin had not been properly cleaned after the previous guest. The restaurant attached to the hotel offered only three main courses which rather surprised us given that it was rather expensive for such Dissa limited choice. We have previously stayed at this hotel but were sadly disappointed on this occasion

Very comfortable beds, nice clean room with a view of the runway. Inside T5 at Arlanda airport so perfect for an early flight. 2nd time we've stayed and will be back.

The hotel website is misleading in that the hotel DOES NOT have a restaurant. The restaurant immediately outside is not part of the hotel so don't try to charge anything like meals or drinks to your room. You need vouchers from the hotel if breakfast is included. On our first night the restaurant staff accepted charging it to our room, so we thought that was normal. The next night my wife was on her own thinking she could do that again but was embarrassed by both the servers and hotel reception claiming she could not charge her meal and drink to the room. In the end they agreed to do it but it was NEVER made clear to us this was the case. Don't believe the hotel website. Apart from that the stay was OK.
Location was great and convenient for flying in and out.

Finding the entrance wasn't as easy as we expected and we had to hunt for it for more than 10 minutes.
A hotel right in the airport was just what we needed. We were at our gate after a leisurely walk. The room was exceptionally quiet and well maintained.

I forgot to choose room with a view so I didn't get a view at all. I was expecting all rooms to have a view to the airplanes watching them flying and so.
Amazing and comfertable hotel. Sleeping at the airport experience couldn't get any better. The breakfast was 10/10 you don't want to miss it

A Long check in time, a constant line at check in. No early breakfast offerings, early breakfast area was not supported. Nothing was left to pick up. Area looked unattended to for quite a while and no staff available to replenish.

However, now the hotel has become slightly run down. After some room changing, as the air condition did not work in our first room, we got a room on the sixth floor with a view over the runway. That was nice. But the room itself was not totally in order. One bulb in the reading lamps beside the bed was out of order and had not been changed. The handle to the minibar door was hanging loose. The bathroom door was squeaking loudly, so when you wanted to visit the bathroom during the night, you were waking up other people in the room. Small things that can easily be fixed, if someone just take the responsibility. Obviously that is not the case at this hotel right now.
The location at the airport is the best. A good nights sleep and then you just go and check in to your flight. It has always been my favorite hotel.

In my room nr 556 as well my sons nr 555 refrigerators are not working and beverages are not cold but warm. Liquid soap dispenser in my room 556 is not working.
