We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe receptions ignored me for quite a while even served others who showed up after me. Pure prejudice. Same at the breakfast buffet lots of misplaced , unsupported attitude, making faces and comments behind your back and stuff but I am left with the impression this is Swedish thing in general.
The location of the property is great. It is very convenient if you want to get to a bed asap. The property was very clean and well kept. The breakfast had sufficient options and it is worth paying the price. I requested a double bed and the I was accommodated which I appreciate.

Staff was extremely helpful. After discovering a problem with the room, we got moved (upgraded too?) and were given breakfast buffet tickets.

United StatesTheir restaurant for dinner was disappointing. The restaurant manager took our order and recommended the steak. It was delivered cold by another waiter after a long wait. We did not see the manager again and no wait staff checked on us or returned to our table at all. The dinner was charged to our room the next day.
Location was just what we needed for an early departure.

IrelandReception were unable to order a taxi for me or get me one. I was really overcharged outside when I took a taxi there. The guy just made up a huge price which was so disappointing. I got other taxis to and from conference to hotel & they were so much cheaper. Hotel should have facility/relationship with taxi company.
