Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwedenSome of the staff is acting a bit cold. It's almost too professional and strict, not that many smiles.
Extremely convenient location if you're travelling late or early in the day and need some sleep before continuing your journey. Being located right next to the train station inside an airport is as good as it gets. The breakfast menu is very good, with a little bit of a lot of things you could want. Noise reduction from the surroundings in the room is fantastic! Quick check-in and check-out.

SwedenThe shower head is very worn and scratchy. I think it needs replacing. Couldn't get much out of the television despite its enormous size.
Perfect for catching an early morning flight. Plenty of coat hangers. Good, small kettle to make a cuppa. Lovely cocoa powder. Good-sized bathroom - shower in corner with curtain but still no water on the floor - very good! Room was not poky. Everything worked. Lighting good. Plenty of sockets, handily placed.

SwedenWell I was there for one night to see off my mother booked a room with the runway view. Thought we would see the planes go on and off but we had a big shade of the airport Infront of the window which blocked the entire view of the runway. As we checked in late and we both were tired and my mom had a flight next morning we couldn't ask to change the room.
Everything was as I expected from Radisson blu. Cheers for that!

Location at the airport was ideal for all terminals but especially for Terminal 5. The restaurant had views of the aircraft parking area.
