- the fridge was warm - to didn’t have a lot of channels - other branches from ten same brand have a barcode to ask for almost everything here it wasn’t available - windows were had a safety feature on them that we could not open them freely

- nothing beats the location couldn’t have asked for a better location - the view from the junior suite is incredible - staff were very helpful - junior suite is very spacious and nice - the whole room was clean when we arrived - the lobby is small but nice - room service is very good and the food is ordered was delicious

Hotel is located in historical building in Stockholm center. Few steps to major attractions as Gamla Stan, Royal Palace and Riksdag. Nice, helpfull staff. Parking avialability in front of hotel. Rich breakfast buffet in waterfront restaurant.

No swimming pool!

We didn't like that Saturday and Sunday evenings there was music outside of the hotel that was quite loud and seemed to be coming from a ship on the water below our room. Probably not anything the hotel can control but it was too loud and kept going past 11 pm so we could not sleep well on 2 of the nights we were there. Friday evening was quiet.

Room was nice and comfortable and good size. Breakfast was very nice. Location was good and we had a nice view outside of the windows.

Perhaps review some parts of the bathroom i.e. lighting and the shower glass door to fix as the bathroom floor get easily soaked after taking a shower.

The room size was great, very comfortable for our family. We also loved breakfast, plenty of options and a dining room stylish and bright. The complimentary bikes were a plus.

Location was excellent. Right on a canal. Beautiful view. Breakfast was terrific. Everything imaginable was available. The restaurant/bar proved Convenient with a surprisingly good hamburger one wet rainy evening. Staff was very helpful, professional and polite.

Why is coffee only out from 5am-7am, and even then sometimes gone at 6:45am??

The rooms with sea view are very noisy from the city traffic? The bathroom is outdated. Rooms are not big.

The location. The breakfast buffet offers a lot of choices. No fresh orange juice!, and the smoked salmon was very salty.

Some rooms of same kinds have different furniture, views and comfort. It’s ok but if given a choice might make different arrangements (booked 3 rooms of same kinds). Breakfast could have more options.

Location is perfect, close to key attractions, restaurants, boat tours departure point, etc. Good support from staff, all requests were met.

Our room was far too noisy at night, due to being just one floor up on the harbour, where there is often loud music playing from boats.

Excellent staff - they looked after us and our baby very well! Catered to extra requests where needed. Breakfast was wonderful.

There were a couple of hiccups with taxi bookings, but otherwise all good

It was another wonderful stay in Radisson Strand. Our room was spacious enough, full of light and beautifully appointed. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is served in a classy elegant environment and the food choice is wonderful
