Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

TurkeyLow Water Pressure in the Bath: One of the downsides of our stay was the low water pressure in the bath, which made it difficult to enjoy a relaxing soak. This issue detracted from the overall comfort and enjoyment of the room amenities. Inconsistent Room Temperature Control: Despite attempts to adjust the room temperature, we found it challenging to maintain a comfortable environment for sleeping. Additionally, the accompanying sounds from the HVAC system were disruptive and interfered with our ability to rest peacefully.
Exceptional Breakfast: The breakfast at Radisson Strand Stockholm truly stands out as a highlight of the stay. Offering a wonderful array of flavors and energizing options, it provided the perfect start to each day. From fresh pastries to hearty hot dishes, there was something to delight every palate. Room Upgrade to the Tower: We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a room in the Tower on the 8th floor. Despite the small windows, the view from our room was simply breathtaking, offering panoramic vistas of Stockholm's skyline. It added an extra touch of magic to our stay. Friendly and Helpful Staff: The staff at Radisson Strand Stockholm were outstanding in their hospitality. From check-in to check-out, they were always ready to assist with a warm smile and genuine concern for our comfort. Their helpfulness added to the overall positive experience of our stay. Clean and Comfortable Room: Our room at Radisson Strand Stockholm was impeccably clean, with modern amenities that enhanced our comfort throughout our stay. The beds were particularly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration in Stockholm. Convenient Location: The hotel's location proved to be a major asset, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot. With many attractions within a 10-15 minute walk, we were able to make the most of our time in Stockholm without the hassle of transportation.

SingaporeWhile the room's heating was excellent, my room's air-conditioning was not very strong. A minor inconvenience for me as I went in winter. Only a small issue for a few moments after coming back into the room after wearing a thick winter jacket. Otherwise an excellent stay.
Spacious Room with an amazing view of the waterfront. Location was fantastic, within reasonable walking distance of most attractions in Stockholm. Many public transport modalities available around the hotel: Trains, trams, buses, ferries etc. Regarding breakfast, although the selection is relatively small for a 5 star hotel, the quality is excellent and they have a few made to order dishes too which sets them at a tier above those in this price range.
