Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The room have window can see the sea view. If you cross the road can go to sightseeing place to see sunset.Sleeping on the ship is fresh experience and overall the environment is good. Also entry the boat need code so is safety.

DenmarkOne of the two bathrooms on the floor was broken. The one bathroom door wouldn't lock and the floor was cracked and to be floor was unbalanced and seemed dangerous. There was a queue to use the only operating bathroom on the floor.
The room was big. The breakfast was good. The view from the room was good. The common out door space was nice. The kitchen was very clean. The bar was very nice. The organization of the security was good. The room included a very useful handbook with details on local sights and attractions.The free maps at the bar were also useful. They had museum pamphlets. I also had two towels! There was even a fan in my room! But I didn't use it. The people were very nice, and helped me unlock my door two or three times.

GermanyIt was kind of weird that one day the cleaning staff put religious brochures in our doors. I'm really not looking for spritual guidance when I'm looking for a place to crash in a city.
It's a cheap but beautiful way to stay in Stockholm. The view from the terrace/deck is amazing – and it's a nice way to relax when you're taking a break from wandering the city. The regular cabins are good, bed's are okay (you don't except hotel comfort here do you?), the toilets and showers don't smell good but work – and the shared bathroom wasn't a problem whatsoever. It's a good spot to explore the city - or just relax.

FranceThe location is decent but it's at least a 10 min walk to transportation. Didn't try the breakfast because it was a bit pricey for us, although it looked good.
The bed was comfortable, good amount of storage for the size of the room, bathroom had a hair dryer, there were towels and bathmat, cleaners came each day, staff were friendly, kitchen was well equipped, and free luggage storage was very appreciated. Our room (sea view) had a stunning view.

I liked the view and the boat itself, it was different kind of experience to stay in boat for a night. And the location was very central, so we did not need to use any transport. Breakfast at the boat was also good. The staff was friendly and helpful.
