Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. United KingdomThe 2 bed single room was absurdly small. I believe they converted a storage room into a room which was very uncomfortable and could barely could fit our luggage. To make matters worse, the room was very dusty. The window was covered with tick dust so was under the bed. It gave me allergies and was not worth it saving the money.

This is a nice place to stay, an friendly and quiet a hostel. The wi-fi worked well. I was greatly appreciated in an area with no obvious alternatives nearby.

United KingdomBeary best? More like beary worst! The hostel has no one at reception so is fully self service, meaning if you have any issues you can only contact someone via WhatsApp. Also, there are no physical keys, it is all done through an app. Again, if there are any issues there is no one to contact. Also, the actual hostel room is terrible. Our room didn’t even have a light to turn on, it was pitch black we had to use our phone torch to see. Would definitely not recommend this hostel to anyone.

IndiaFirst of all I booked for my son and it was comfortable stay for 1st two days and after that the stories started the hostel incharge boy Mr. Arif opened my bag and checked all the items which is not something expected oviously I am student from India not a criminal to do any wrong thing . Next I ate on bed that I agree but that they could have warned me so that I won't repeat in future but they threatened me for calling the police and and took SGD $ 150 which is very expensive for my son as a student . When I requested them a lot they told give us the money or just see it was like they were in the mood to charge these fine for there own money making business . As such I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE OVERCHARGED . PLEASE DON'T BOOK THIS HOSTEL IT'S A SCAM .

United Kingdomthere are no windows for fresh air, the whole place depends on air conditioning and fans for air circulation, the lobby sharing area is very stuffy and warmer than outside. it is better to open the windows instead but there are none The bathrooms stink and you can smell funny smells even before reaching while going up the stairs and you can smell it from inside the dorm the whole night Reception is closed early and they don’t respond to messages. the phone number they provide in the check in message is useless. Nobody answers it. I am willing to pay a few more dollars to get a tolerable stay anywhere else

India“I didn’t like the hostel because the cleanliness was disappointing, with dirty bathrooms and unkempt rooms. The atmosphere felt uninviting, and the common areas were often too loud. The beds were uncomfortable, and the room was cramped with little privacy. Additionally, the staff were not very friendly or helpful, and for the price, I expected better facilities and service.”

New ZealandHonestly, probably the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed at - and I’ve spent years travelling Europe, Asia and Australia. Bathroom was atrocious and felt very unclean. The dorm room WAS NOT what was shown in the photos, so just be aware. My bed was broken and I still paid full price. Tried contacting them when reception was closed and still haven’t heard back… it’s now been 3 weeks. All photos are of the room.

RussiaIt was clear from the photos that the room was small. But it was far from clear how really tiny it is. The space wasn't even enough to properly open my luggage bag. It's closer to a capsule hotel. There was no space to change clothes to take the shower, either. Right next to the shower room is a window to the common corridor and female toilet. Unless you enjoy flashing to females - there is no other place to change the clothes but inside the shower room itself, making it wet and generally uncomfortable.
