It was everything I needed. Had a microwave and a way to cook food which was perfect as I had a race in Singapore and wanted to eat clean. Air conditioning was awesome and laundry was handy. Loc, Edmar, Charlotte and Nica were awesome too!

Had a unit on the 5th floor and outside wall heated up extremely during daytime, making it impossible for the a/c to cool the unit to below 25 centigrade. The super security measures with the NFC- based digital key were malfunctioning pretty often, also with other guests. Can be solved easily, though.

Place was spotlessly clean upon arrival. Excellent communication with the concierge team, though it might have been an AI you are talking to. Located strategically just a few metres from Clarke Quay and MRT station. The unit is a miracle of interior design. Literally, each square centimetre was used wisely. Fully equipped kitchenette with a three-in- one cooker system. Absolutely recommendable. Very good hawker stalls just across the road, BK Eating House, good for breakfast coffee, dinner and sundowner!

Location was good. It's close to MRT station and bus stop. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staffs(Loc, Ryan, and Kim)were very friendly. It’s a wonderful experience at Heritage Collection on Clarke Quay.

Kim was wonderful and very helpful! I was worried about getting the digital check-in right, but he helped me out. The location was great. It is convenient to everywhere you need to go. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It was the best trip ever! Thank you!

Skylight in the room resulted in a very stuffy stay. Air conditioner couldn't pull the weight, so we were sweating most of our stay.

Compact, cosy, well thought out - featured all appliances we needed, plus a few extras. Free laundry on site was a blessing in disguise - Singapore is very hot, pack lightly! Staff, particularly Kim and Edmar, provided exceptional service during our stay.

The hospitality from the staff was amazing! Loc, Ryan and Kim had been very helpful and kind before and during my stay there. Clear instructions were given by them on how to check-in and during the stay. Loc also personally helped me to carry my heavy luggage from 4th to 5th floor. Overall, probably, the best customer service that I have ever got from all of my trips! My room was also very clean and spacious than what I expected!

The location of the hotel is really good. Center and close to many things in walkable distances . The room is a bit small but very clean and have everything you need. The stuffs were nice and friendly. Loc, Ryan and Kim were ready to assist and facilitate everything.

The apartment is located in the center of Singapore so you can get there easily from the airport with the mrt too. Furthermore the apartment is very charming: a comfy bed, air-conditioning, a large bathroom with all the necessities. There is a small kitchen too with a microwave and a fridge even though we didn't use them much. On top of that the staff is amazing, kind and caring. We had the chance to meet Loc who waited for us until we came to the hotel even if we were late and it was past their work hour. For anything you could just text them for anything from a problem to some tips of the city and they would answer immediately.

Given what it was I couldn’t fault it.

Even though this was a minimalist apartment it was a fantastic little stay with all the amenities you could want, quiet, very clean and everything worked. The team Loc, Ryan and Kim were great as was the digital access and concierge service. Loc especially was great helping out with guides, advice and sorting out a taxi. Being able to do laundry and leave luggage for a few hours was also helpful. One of the best self service apartments I have stayed in.

everything is great

1. the location is very nice. clarke quay is one of the most beautiful and convenient areas. 2. the room was very clean. at first i was a little worry about that the hotel didn’t offer housekeeping even though we stayed for 5 nights. however, the room was tidy and it was also easy to keep it clean ( the hotel used things with high quality so it took little effort to maintain the room ). we had a good time in this hotel :D

I had a great stay at this hotel! The self-check-in process was super easy, which made arriving stress-free. Their 24/7 WhatsApp customer service was amazing and came in handy whenever we needed anything. They gave us great recommendations and tips for exploring the area. No lift to the 5th floor!?

This hotel was so well set up and the staff executed their jobs perfectly. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kim, Loc, Edmar and Ryan. These team members are the heart and soul of this hotel, and went above and beyond to insure my stay wasn’t anything less than perfect. 10/10 thanks guys
