Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GreeceThe cooling system (it was air condition) was working without pause and without considering the temperature of the room even if we had set it on 26 degrees, so the room was a little bit too cool for us.
Very nice spot and a very nice value for money hotel. The breakfast was pretty nice for that hotel. I recommend it if you do not want to spend much money at a hotel.

BelgiumHot water in the shower, was a weird setup, which didn't seem to work for us.
Location was excellent and compared to other hotels we looked at, great value for money. We really liked the breakfast buffet, but you had to be early to be able to sit inside. Rooms were small, but comfy to move around and very comfy beds. Bugis shopping maal/street very close, heaps of dining posibillities around and in every style imaginable. 10 min walk to subway. Everywhere we went we saw these orange juice vending machines, with freshly squeezed juice, ther was one right around the corner from the hotel, best OJ ever and so refreshing on a hot day. Only 1 keycard to enter the room and this keycard was put in a holder to power the room. So when one person goes out, the other one falls asleep in the room, you'd have to wake them up to open the door. So i used my Korean traincard to put in the keycard holder and that worked too.

RomaniaThe rooms are pretty small, but as I understood, is something general in Singapore. You can not open the window in the room, so for fresh Air, you can only use the AC. There was a pretty rude/direct lady at the breakfast (I suppose she is the Manager).
The location was great, the rooms comfortable and clean. Breakfast changed each day.

AustraliaCold showers were not favoured. You had to have a shower either early in the morning or before 6pm to get hot water.
The location is spot on. The staff are so helpful. The rooms are good, but we didn’t know that we booked a room with no window as it did not say. The bed and the room was clean and had everything that we needed, a window as an option would have been good.

CanadaSince the weather in Singapore is warm and humid, I was hoping to have an air conditioning in the room. It only has, I think it was an air humidifier and wasn’t cooling the room enough during hot days.
The room was very clean and spacious for me. The staff were friendly and helpful when I ask for directions to go around the city. They allow me to leave my luggage while waiting for my room to be clean and ready for check in. Wasn’t able to experience the breakfast as I have to leave early for my flight.
