How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

My room on the fourth floor did not have warm water during my entire stay. I had to get used to cold showers during my stay, which I managed, but I still I would have preferred warm showers. Singapore is expensive, hotels included. So I guess this was relatively good value for Singapore, but still feels a bit expensive for what you get.
Excellent location for exploring Singapore. Close to Bugis MRT, easy connection to the airport and the rest of the city. Lots of restaurants and shopping options in the area. The room is rather small, but nice enough. Friendly and competent staff. Room at the back of the hotel was quiet, also no noise from other rooms. Breakfast buffet is small, but had enough options for a good start to the day. The breakfast room is a bit small, at times there are no tables available. People can then sit outside, at one of the tables in front of the hotel. There is no airco there, so will get hot. Also beware of the birds (crows) trying to steal your food.

Rooms are clean. Twin room is kinda small but good for sleeping. Triple deluxe has more space.

Add a bidet to the toilet room.
The room was very cozy and has enough space for two people. The location was perfect as we can directly access a bus stop in front of the hotel. Also, the MRT station is very near. The buffet breakfast is good and they have a decent size cafe.

The room given was lacking proper cleaning with hair on bed, bedsheet, floor and toilet area. Does not seem properly cleaned after previous guest. Maybe the hair dropping was from the cleaner?? The frontline staff was helpful to quickly resolve problem with no issue.
The hotel is quiet unlike some hotel can be really noisy. Overall hotel cleanliness is good. The frontline counter staff courteous, helpful and cordial. Breakfast basic but delicious selection.

Room was a little small, but still okay.
Hotel is close to the Suntec Mal and within walking distance to the Bugis MRT station (700m). A lot of restaurants in the are with late opening hours. Cooked Asian style breakfast, but if you come late the options get less.

Breakfast was ok only, cramped dining room, nothing to write home about. We did eat the breakfast each day so was edible but not the most expansive and cheaper ingredients. Common areas a little dated.
Great location, right in the centre of things, an easy walk to the tourist spots Comfy beds, quiet room, good A/C, everything worked. Helpful staff

No dedicated luggage room to store bags however, Staff were helpful in finding a solution to protect valuable items. Checkout is midday but little chance of sleep in as cleaner/s were talking and vacuuming outside the room (repeatedly).
Helpful staff and breakfast provided. 2pm check in and midday checkout was appreciated. Close to MRT station on line that easily connects with airport and other key locations. Food in next street was very good.

The location of the hotel is really good. It was walking distance to Raffles hotel and shopping mall. Clarke Quay was also a short walk away as well as the MRT The hotel room was a good size and the provided toiletries and coffee/tea facility was appreciated The breakfast was simple, but enjoyable

It is expensive compared to other cities, but I suppose this is Singapore and during the Grand Prix weekend.
The best point about this hotel is the location. A few minutes walk from Bugis MRT station, it was easy to get to from the airport and easy entry to all main attractions. We could leave our luggage safely on the day of check out as we went to explore the city. Breakfast was a good spread. There are lots of eateries around the hotel itself. Nice vibrant neighbourhood.
