All was very good.. breakfast room could get a bit busy but we always found a table. Rooms at front may be noisy but our rooms were at the back and were very quiet.

Good location. Staff were friendly. Rooms were very quiet. Breakfast was varied and filling. Singapore is expensive but this place was good value in an otherwise expensive city.

There was a lot of noise both from surrounding construction (which sometimes went right through the night until 5am) and from other guests who talked loudly outside or had their door alarm go off multiple times per day. Breakfast was often full and it felt awkward to have the chef try to hustle people to leave to make space for new people. Wifi was not good. Had to use roaming data to effectively browse the web. Finally the hot water consistently ran out after one person took a shower meaning the next person needed to wait a while to take theirs. It seems to hold about 10 minutes of hot water at most.

Location is great. Near lots of shops and a fairly central MRT (train) line. Breakfast was tasty and rooms (though expectedly small) were suitable and had enough space for a couple for 4 days. The area was clean and the staff were friendly. Certainly wasn't perfect, but it suited our needs perfectly. Our needs being a place to sleep (with ear plugs in), eat breakfast, and store our belongings while we went and explored Singapore.

I don't have anything to complain about. I didn't expect 5 star service but staying here was definitely worth it.

Location: Close to the Bugis station so it's not hard to get around Breakfast: It's not the best selection but for us, it is a great bonus for the price we paid Room: The room is clean and beds were comfortable. You will hear the noise from the hallway audibly but we didn't really encounter any loud neighbors during our stay so it was good. Staff: Front Desk Staff were very friendly. The people serving breakfast did their best to accommodate everyone. Very much appreciated. I'd advise you eat breakfast early to avoid waiting for seats. The people who helped me with my booking when my card was marked as declined was nice and accomodating. They repeatedly re-assured me that my booking was received and sent me the confirmation via email. Food: Being in the bugis area, there are a lot of open food places at night so no problem finding a place to eat dinner.

Breakfast could have more options like yogurt. But it was basic and enough to get full.

Location was really good. Quite central. Bugis MRT is a few minutes walk from the hotel. Area seemed safe to walk around. Room was clean and neat. Bathroom was excellent and modern - looked renovated - It may be a bit small but for the price we paid it was worth it and we were only in the rooms to sleep. The hotel had kept my luggage for a few days free of charge when travelled out of Singapore which was a big bonus for me.
