WiFi coverage could be better, there are dead spots in parts of the room (not sure if applicable to all rooms), but internet speed is adequate for browsing and streaming videos. Musty smell from the bathroom when the exhaust is run for an extended amount of time, but tolerable.

Spacious, has table and chair, fridge was cold, double pillows per head, daily cleanup service if desired. Nice breakfast selection. Near malls, restaurants, and close to a train station. Friendly staff.

Breakfast room is too small and overcrowded, especially on the weekends.

Room is clean and comfortable although expensive for what you get. Location at Bugis MRT station.

Breakfast area have limited seatings

Room is clean and good for rest in between each time we went back and forth for AFA. Location is close to our targeted destination such as Suntec City, several 7-Eleven and bus stop within walking distance.

I was locked out of my room although it wasn’t the time for checkout yet. But the staff at the front desk swiftly solved the problem.

The staff at reception during my check in was excellent. Friendly and helpful. Bus stop is just in front of the hotel. A lot of eateries nearby. Nearby tourist attraction places such as Bugis junction and masjid sultan area.

The room was windowless and that's fine for me. Although it was clean, there was a strong mouldy smell. The hotel provided a dehumidifier, which helped a little during the night. Luckily we were tired enough to not care about the smell.

The location and the friendly staff were amazing. Just a few minutes walk from the train station and the bus stop. It is conveniently located from a row of delicious restaurants.

The air conditioner had a mind of its own... It always turned itself off when you put in the power card, and it mostly turned itself on in the middle of the night. Also, the windows couldn't be opened but were not solid enough to keep out much traffic and construction noise.

Bed was comfortable, shower was very nice. Breakfast was tasty but was mostly fried foods. Location was very good -- Bugis MRT station a short walk away, the interesting historical area of Kampong Glam was a little further, and the restaurant street Liang Seah Street was just around the corner. Very well connected to the rest of the city.

Pillows are thin and soft. The room is not sound proof. You can hear the voices of other guests in the corridor.

The location is near Bugis MRT. If you love walking. It is near Suntec too. There are a lot of hotpot restaurants nearby..

It is a bit dated. And expensive. But everything is expensive in Singapore. The door to the bathroom is made of plastic. Not a lot of privacy.

The location was great. Near shops, restaurants and public transportation. The breakfast was fair. The hotel is very organized.

Rooms are not big although the bathroom is. No bedside table on one side as leg room only to go between bed and wall. Fortunately we had window but not all rooms do. Location was great. Breakfast available made a great start to the day. Staff were helpful upon request.

Could hear noise from the corridors & next door neighbours a bit too well. No labels for breakfast (was slightly difficult to navigate as a vegan / vegetarian).

The location was perfect, could walk almost anywhere- all major attractions close by. Easy to get to from the airport, too. The room was small but decent and had everything we needed. Breakfast provided was a little different each day which was good. Enough vegetarian options too.
