The room could have been cleaner. The other family we were traveling with complained that there was no hot water in the room. The breakfast was good, but could be better.

The hotel is old, but the overall condition is OK. The location is great as there are many public transportation options including stations of 2 PRT lines. The National Museum of Singapore is 5 minutes away as well as the lively Bugis district with lots of malls and excellent restaurants. Great hotel for tourists!

First night in just wanted a quick meal and settle for night ….. good intention but the Steak was atrocious and commented to staff and they apologised …. That’s it???? Luckily put against room and chatted to manager on booking out and she investigated and didn’t charge me ….. that was there saving grace 🤔

All I can say was it was clean and well kept. Staff were good and listened to your inquiry properly … yes I’d stay again.

The rooms are not modern.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city (close to MRT and bus stations). The staff was helpful and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options to eat.

The room was a little small and some of the facilities were a bit dated. The design of the shower meaned that it leaked all over the bathroom floor.

The accomodation was clean and tidy when we arrived. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a great variety of foods. The location was great and close to plenty of options for food.

The car park - narrow and limited parking space. No elevator from the parking to the lobby. It’s tough when carry stuff from the car park to the lobby.

The location - nearby the food courts and shopping centers. The room - clean, bright and consider ‘spacious’ in Singapore. Staff - friendly and helpful.
