Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

service mind of staff are good, appreciated a lot for short lead time for booking process and welcome to help me once i have any doubts about room function. location need more than 2 mode of transport from airport to hotel but nearly restaurant , 7-11 or some convenience store by walk. room size is o.k for me who awaited delay flight 1 day .

IndiaThere was no staff to assist with heavy luggages from lobby to our rooms.
The Location of the Hotel is perfect !! Just outside the Hotel there is a bus Stop and we can hop onto it to travel across Singapore and nearest MRT Stations (Novena and Newton). Also, many departmental stores nearby for daily need shopping and 24 hour Restaurant serving good food also just few steps away. Location of the hotel exceeded my expectation.

AustraliaEven though it is a budget hotel, it could be better in-terms of its cleanliness. It is a bit dirty. The room was soo smelly and dusty. The bedsheets/pillow cases were stained. They change the bin everyday but not sure if they change bedsheets.
The staff were really nice and helpful. the location was great, very peaceful and quiet and accessible. The little cafe downstairs/next to hotel was soo cute and staff were soo friendly and also very convenient.

AustraliaThe Whampoa market and hawker centre were all closed for renovation while we were there. Very inconvenient and there we had to walk a distance for lunch or dinner. There is no MRT near enough for us. We had to take buses Not all staff were helpful. Also, the concierge helped us book a taxi (6 a.m.) that didn't arrive, and told us it came and has left. Probably, the taxi arrived behind the hotel because there is no parking at the front. The counter staff then told us to wait at the front, which the taxi didn't come.
The price was still reasonable when we booked it. Some staff members were very helpful, especially a young Chinese gentleman.

SingaporeThe room was in a running down state. Headboard was cumulated with thick dust. Don't even provide bedside tables. Toilet basin with hairline cracks and vanity wall shelf came off from loosen supports and both mirrors in bedrm and toilet r dirty with stains. To pay at the rate it's really not worth it. Should oni charge below $100 per night with the room condition and standard.
