Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsDue to jet lag we were a bit tired and needed some sleep. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from traffic outside early in the morning and housekeeping staff inside the hotel playing radio and banging with doors. No refill of coffee and tea on the second day. The water dispenser in the hall was empty. Shower remained cold after 10 minutes on first day but did turn warm on second day. Need to walk 15 minutes from subway station to hotel with luggage.
Nice view of skyline at night. Local restaurants with street food next to the hotel. Rooms and hotel have nice design, although the pictures on the booking site make it look better than in reality.

NetherlandsThe TV doesn't have many options. Except for a few channels, you can't do much with it. I would have liked to connect my Netflix to it, but that was not possible.
Great and affordable hotel to stay in Singapore! The room is spacious, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is also good with a nice shower. By bus you are in the center in no time. It is a fifteen minute walk to the metro. Around the corner is a 7/11 and some nice breakfast places. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a King Room on the top floor. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom with full sized bath. Good selection of restaurants and convenience stores in the immediate vicinity and a 10 min easy walk to MTR. Great value for the price.
