The breakfast was pretty basic and the bathroom could be cleaner. But all in all the good for the price.

The staff was really nice, the location was great and the rooms were good. They also have some space to chill, phone or work.

Bathroom is on another floor and far from my pod. Pricy on the weekend.

Pods are comfortable, staff was great. Place is clean, and location is excellent. Held bags for recheck in and post check out.

Sleeping rooms were too cold at night despite pajamas and a sweater. Mattress was hard.

I liked the pod design of the bunks with curtains; also liked keyless entry features for security; and how the free breakfast invited guest interaction.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. It is near the stations and somehow near to spots and maxwell centres.

- Bed was thin and it was almost like sink. The wood underneath the bedsheet was very noisy when I moving my body. - Shower pressure is weak and it was located at L3. So if you stay L2, then you will need to go to L3 for the toilet.

- Location: it was near to the Chinatown Station (Blue and Purple line). - Staff was very helpful and friendly.

It got very hot in the pods as the air con doesn’t reach though the heavy curtains and were blowing past. The bathrooms are only on one level and used by many. Breakfast was only toast or cereal, for that price I would have expected a cooked breakfast.

I like that the dorm beds are like pods, very private. Great location in Chinatown

I wish the kitchen has a better system of drying washed dishes. But very minor issue

Location was perfect. Its very close to Chinatown train station. It's very conveniently located to some of the best Singaporean local hawker fares - Hong Lim Food Market and Chinatown Complex Hawkers have many gems not to be missed The facilities are more than adequate, the pods I stay have charging pods, lights, and privacy blinds. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was a little warm at night for sleeping (top bunk bed).

Really great location, easy to access the place and the rooms and friendly staff. Shared bathrooms were big and never too crowded. Beds were clean and tidy.

A lot of things needed repair like the downstairs toilet and peeling off paint. They used to have some adapters for rent but now resorted to selling them.

Nth time staying here. We always like the capsule set-up and simple but filling breakfast

Cleanliness of the toilet, slippery. limited space in female toilet as girl need space for mirror and make up. water dispenser limited water Meet one elder woman from Taiwan in same room, during breakfast keep talking to me which i think it's fine as I like making friends. End up this elder woman ask money from me. I was shocked and really afraid my things get stolen as she same room with me and she need money, I feel insecure planning to inform reception when I check out but reception was too busy check-in and out.

Breakfast, simple and nice. Keyless access. walking distance nearby to Chinatown MRT. Quick check-in and check-out process. Luggage cabinet lock is out of battery the reception staff quickly help me change battery after i told them, efficient.

The hostel’s location is really convenient, being close to MRT stations, local markets, shopping malls, and plenty of restaurants. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. We were a family of four and decided to book a 6-bed room for more privacy, which turned out to be the perfect choice. The shared bathroom and toilet areas are kept clean as well.

Unfortunately, the quiet time is not respected, people are still loudy even after 11 PM and the staff don't seem to do anything for that. The door isolation is not good and there is a smell of humidity in the room.

The room are clean, same for toilets and showers. The position is very good, it's at 3 minutes of the main market street but it's not noisy at all

Too hot in the room eventhough the aircon was on. Couldnt stay long in the kitchen cause of the heat, aircon was off, not sure if it was working, gave a quite claustrophobic feeling.

Location was good, bed gave enough privacy. Place was clean, easy to use the kitchen. They took care of our bags for the day. Place is very efficient and friendly 24/7 staff. Bathrooms were nice and clean too.

While staying at a hostel isn’t an ideal situation for me, the price was right and the facilities were actually pretty good

It was pretty clean for a hostel, and in a perfect location in Chinatown.
