Parking. I understand that parking in city centres is not easy, however, I don´t understand, why the hotel has "parking" on the website, when, in fact, no parking is possible there and you have to rely on public parking...

Great location near the city centre (well, Ljubljana city centre is not a large one:-) Breakfast not as rich as in other hotels of this category, but absolutely sufficient.

There are no lifts. If one has heavy luggage it could be a problem.

The helpful nature of the front desk especially Joel and his colleagues in helping me to track and retrieve my delayed luggage from Lufthansa. Little things like welcome drink and chocolates in the waiting area made it feel really welcome. The breakfast was good and the lady there prepared delicious omlette on my request. Rooms including bathroom was very spacious. A heritage property in the old town of Ljubljana with all sights within walking distance.

The location is perfect, in the city center but not very noisy and crowded. The hotel is well-decorated with a traditional Slovenian feel. The front desk guy (Aaron) is just amazing! My room was very spacious with big windows and good ventilation.

Staff were excellent. Andrea was so helpful, arranging a doctor for me when I needed medical help. Room was clean and relaxing, in a courtyard so felt self-contained. A quiet location yet central to beautiful Ljubljana.

Locality is perfect, at the edge of historical part of lovely city of Ljublan. Emplyees are dedicated and the hotel is run with empathy as a family hotel. Hotel stuff will do you any favor. Hotel deserves the 4 stars it has.

Everything was just perfect

The location was excellent - it is right in the center of Ljubjana. The hotel is very lovely, it looks like a castle. I loved the old pianos in the hall and the paintings all over the building! Even though it was low season, they opened the hotel ONLY for me! I got a superb breakfast, the table was prepared as if the hotel was full. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and upon my request (due to the early train ride), offered breakfast on my day of departure, much earlier than it was set in the hotel's description.

No lamps or sockets near the bed. No staff there after 5pm. No elevator. Heat was not working well.
