Loved modern room accommodation at Villa Palma, large comfortable bed, very good variety of food and healthy drinks for breakfast, friendly staff at reception and enjoyed talking to staff at restaurant Kamin, free parking, good choice of TV programs, excellent location and value for money at Belvedere Resort Hotel, would visit again :)

We stayed in Vila Loret and room was clean, big terrace with sea view(the campsite obstructs the view of the sea and Izola), there is no heating in bathroom and comfortable big size bed. When is night you need some light because there is missing street light on the way from property.d

Great reception(stuff was very polite and kind). We felt welcome and appreciate as a guest. Great self service breakfast.

Ventilator did not work in bathroom/toilet, flushing toilet required force to press the button, low water pressure during showering.

The bathroom was working but could use an upgrade. Furthermore, the soundproofing could be better as well. There was a loud group that came in the first night and they were speaking rather loudly at 1AM. Though that was the only time.

Check-in was quick and the staff was friendly, both at the reception and in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet gives you more than enough to choose from, both savory and sweet, including fresh fruit and hot dishes that alternate. Our room was good. It was clean and comfortable, nothing special. But enough for our two nights there. I don't know if it was because of the weather or if the season is winding down, but it was calm.

It was end of season when I arrived. So, no outdoor pool, and many things closed down.

The location was very nice, you can walk into the town along the boardwalk. The restaurant is very nice, with great staff and menu. Buffet breakfast was wholesome and had a variety of choices.

The hotel is situated in lovely place, with great views on the Izola city. We had a lot of fun with the minigolf course. The breakfasts are great, with a lot of variety to choose from. Restaurant is elegant and the dishes tasty, but a little bit expensive. You can also take a walk along cliffs to Piran, the views are amazing.

Very good and sensational hotel. Good, comfortable and spacious apartments and we were placed in one with a small balcony and a view of the sea and the cove, which was excellent for a snack and night's rest. Excellent internet, free parking spaces for guests and an EXCELLENT breakfast, with many options and varieties. Practically a lunch. Just two observations: in the building we stayed in there was no elevator and the parking spaces in front of the reception are generally full and it causes doubts for those arriving if they can stop quickly there to check in or get some information, so I ended up giving more a walk around the place to see if I could find a place to stop. Otherwise, everything was perfect. There is even a road leaving the hotel that goes to a very close beach (about 800 m) but, if I'm not mistaken, there is a van also from the hotel that goes this route, I just don't remember if it is included or if you pay separately.

Swimming pool a la camping ground and in full sun. Beach? Access to the sea does exist, 5 minutes car ride down an steep slope. The whole site (villas) needs a thorough clean in nooks and crannies and on the outside (e.g outside of bathroom windows). You walk a campsite access road to get to your room.

The a la carte restaurant is great at OK prices. Breakfast reasonable quality. Buffet dinner below par. Infrastructure in Villa OK for 3 stars. Spacious room with balcony (at price). Hygiene OK in plain site.Great view from the terrace of the restaurant.

Bathroom had all functions but could have been more attractive. Snack restaurant near swimming pool could have provided more choice. Some noise due to closing of room doors.

The villa, in which my room was, was almost in the middle of the camp, which is not a problem if you are used to camps, but as somebody who is not a big fan of them it really bothered me. The room was mostly clean with an exception of finding hair in my toilet. The air conditioning worked but really poorly and my room was constantly warm, even though i let it run for two days straight, which was a big problem for me in the summer. The curtains are not big enough to cover the windows. Also you could easily hear the neighbors banging their doors in the morning which woke me up.

The room was really nice as well as the view. The staff was nice and offered many information on where great beaches are, which by the way were really pretty and secluded. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was very delicious.

The hotel doesnt deserve three stars actually. Its best time has passed I think and it would deserve a small renovation, at least the villas. Our room in Villa Oliva was smelly in the bathroom, there was an old furniture.

We liked delicious and rich breakfast with the sea and Izola view. We appreciated the possibility to use a washing machine. The personnel was nice and helpful. The location on the hill was a big plus including the pool.

"We stayed at the Villas. Although the room and facilities were outdated (especially the bathroom), they were comfortable. Breakfast was good, and we were able to find a parking spot in front of our building (parking is free for guests). The Wi-Fi worked well, and there was a free bus to the beach and a swimming pool, although we didn't use these.
