Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. SerbiaEverything was fantastic. The hotel has a great location, very elegant design and wonderful staff. The rooms are average in size and have comfortable beds. The hospitality is of a very high standard. The breakfast is prepared with fresh food, the menu is innovative and the food is very tasty - kudos to the chef!!! The ladies at reception and the waiters were friendly, smiling all the time and willing to help us.

Very nice modern room with comfy furniture in a great location. The bathroom was excellent - very modern, clean and nicely furnished. The hotel also has its own restaurant and a bistro. There are a lot of parking places and we had no trouble finding the location. Hotel staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Overall we were very satisfied with our one night stay in Ljubljana and if we return in the future, we will be looking forward to stay in hotel Čad again. :) 10/10

FranceThere are electric charge stations as marked for the property. It was not mentioned that they have a fixed rate of 30 euros for electric cars and 15 euros for hybrid cars to charge. There was no floor towel for the walki-in shower cabin
The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, even though it was a la carte they were flexible with our requests. The room was immaculate, the bed comfortable, the hotel is in a quiet place.

It's a new hotel with beautiful rooms, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, and big rooms. The surroundings are beautiful since it's based in a park. Staff are very nice and polite.

A very pleasant family hotel in a beautiful park in the center. You can walk through the park to the center in a pleasant 20-minute walk. The hotel offers excellent breakfast through Ala carte. The hotel room was spacious and adequately equipped for a 4-star hotel. Besides Hotel´s bistro there is a balkan restaurant and the food was amazing. I will definitely come back in the future.

Amazing hotel with great staff, reception, kitchen and restaurant/bar, everyone is extremely nice and warm welcoming. Great breakfast again, coffee and the orange juice, plus smooth and easy going check in.

ChinaThere are not enough sockets in the room - or rather many of the sockets are in awkward positions/heights. We expected some at least at the bedside.
Beautiful hillside hotel with a boutique feel - the size of it is just about right and there are many options for an easy morning hike. The staff is very easygoing and always ready and willing to help - we had our Ljubljana public transportation APP sorted out instantly thanks to them. It's just a short bike ride or bus ride away from the popular spots. The breakfast was top-notch. The room was spacey and finely designed. Really wish we could've stayed longer.
